I never leave reviews for anything. I came home so angry tonight after my experience.My family has been ordering from Holt’s for years, and we really like the food. A few months ago I ordered for carry out and noticed the prices seemed really high. When I got home I checked on the website and sure enough, they charged me almost $4 more per pizza than was on the website menu. I didn’t bother calling or complaining.Tonight when we ordered I checked my receipt before I left and compared it to the website. Sure enough, the restaurant still had not changed their menu prices and I was charged more for every item. $3 more for one of the pizzas, $4 more for another pizza. The salad we ordered was $2 more than the website listed, and the cheese curds were $2 more as well. So my order was $11 more than it should have been according to their website. I mentioned it and spoke to a manager who said “yeah, our website is out of date.” They would not honor the prices on the website so I walked away, had my credit card refunded and they kept the food.This is on top of a $2.61 “processing fee.”This is poor business practice if you ask me. I’m not asking for anything for free and get that the restaurant business is really tough these days. However, if you mess up because you can’t update your website (takes 10 seconds to update a pdf menu), the right thing to do is take your loss and fix your menu right away so it doesn’t happen again.Out of principle we will no longer be ordering from this restaurant. Another local pizza joint got our business tonight instead.

Service was great and food was amazing. I don't often like/get blue cheese with my hot wings but this was the first time I got it and enjoyed it! Also, the grilled cheese and tomato soup will now be my go to ALL the time. First time in but I will DEFINITELY be going back.

Too loud for sure, very hard to talk to with the person you're with. The food was very good. I just wish they turned down the music it's not a nightclub. You couldn't bring the grandparents or small children.

I shared a pizza with a friend and it was very very very good, now I have been going there for awhile now, everything that I have been trying have been very good. I think it's better than quite better than all other places. For out side wheelchair space, I would say that it best out side, they can still get everything just can't get in side seat. To small to get inside the restaurant.Parking: I was able to park near by, walked a few steps and there you are at restraint. We were going to eat out but it was raining so we ate in, nice tables they haveKid-friendliness: When I was there it was very busy, I was just in time to get seated,Wheelchair accessibility: When I was there today I saw someone in a wheelchair at the table in side ? great time I'm sure same out when nice out side ?

Awesome food stop in park ridge. Phenomenal service and great pepperoni pizza. Just had the steak sandwich and I'm in freaking heaven. Definitely can get used to being a regular here. Also the beer on tap is an excellent selection.

Heard from a local tik tok food reviewer with blue nail polish that this is one of the few places in Chicago that offers New Haven style pies. Walked in there was a group of girls that seated my party. It felt kind of claustrophobic in the area you had random kids running around like it was jungle gym and it took forever to order drinks. Luckily the bartender was on point and had our drinks covered. Guy was a champ .. as for the pizza it's unique and has great taste cheese / toppings were on point . The pizza itself deserves 5 stars but service was lacking maybe because it was busy . Recommend trying the pizza maybe takeout next time would be the move here

The food is delicious and creative. You can eat a pizza and get your veggies in at the same time. It's not greasy. The salads are yummy and filling. I have brought 6 different people here and they all have went back not always with me!
