They use door dash to deliver my sandwich came 30 minutes later. I'm 7 minutes from them. Driver was just sitting at location for 20 minutes then started driving! Door dash wanted to do nothing about it! My sandwich was soggy from sitting in driver car. So upset 😡 and I love these subs.$5.00 delivery fee and wants tip on top of that! Never again!

I’ve gone to jersey mikes my entire life, my brother practically got me hooked when I was a youngin. I’ve managed to swing by a myriad of locations throughout the country and there was something exceptionally refreshing about Park Ridge, and that largely pertains to the character and efforts of your staff. I don’t have the greatest memory over small details, I was more focused on Grant and Bry’s service that I don’t recall if one of them, perhaps Grant, may have been a manager? If not, please make him one. I went into this jersey mikes after a lengthy 13 hour shift in a miserable state of mind, and while the location was a stretch, you better believe I’ll be back.
Also, the Philly cheese steak was BEYOND incredible, as always!

I forgot to leave a review but when I went last week it was my first time it was kinda busy but the staff and especially the manager bry she was great and helpful,she gave me recommendations on which subs people loved I ended up getting the #13 mikes way as she recommended and it was a 11/10 thank you so much to the staff and the manager for giving me a warm welcome I’ll definitely be coming back !

Normally I’ve had bad experiences at jersey mikes but this location is amazing. Everything was clean and the workers were some of the most nice people I’ve spoken to. Definitely are coming back for a while now.

Christian is a G. Him and his co-worker with the fear & loathing sunglasses really give this place a good atmosphere as well as taking deep consideration in the customer service experience and I definitely recommend this location :)
