Generally I am a fan of Jimmy Johns, but I have rarely had a good experience at this particular store. The sorts of things I have experienced are broken card readers, slow service despite being the only customer and stale bread.
Today I tried to order two combo deals listed on Jimmy John's website, only to be told that unlike the fine print on the site states, this store's official policy is that those deals are only valid for online orders. I then had to sit down in a booth and order from their website so they would honor the deal.
With plenty of decent food places a stones throw away, they need to do better.

Horrible customer service. I paid full price for the sandwich and they gave me very small sandwich. Customer service also sucks not friendly and welcoming at all. This location is sucks.

Vegetarian options: Vegetable sandwich with sliced cheese. You can have the cheese in the sandwich, say no cheese or ask them to wrap it to take home.

I would highly recommend Jimmy John’s to anyone looking for a great sandwich and service. When I needed help with my order the manager Zander assisted me greatly and with an excellent attitude. I will be coming back sometime soon.

So I use JJ to pick up Lunch for Business Meetings. I use their App and clients can place and customize their own order. I always tip very well and every JJ I've used always fills the fountain drinks ahead of time for me. While not filling the drinks ahead of time is no big deal. How can they not label each sandwich (ideally with a name) or at the very least a number! It's very embarrassing having clients opening up sandwiches trying to figure out what is what. How hard can this be especially with a great tip. Next time I will go to Panera, their app works the same and their Service is much better.

Ordered some food for delivery and because they don't allow tracking on driver's I waited over an hour sandwich came soggy and undesirable probably stick with subway or jersey Mike's for faster better results...
