Once again my order was missing several items. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and did not receive the chips or cookies that were ordered with the sandwiches. Previously, they have offered a credit, but it did not show up on my account. Completely wasted money, not to mention the tip to an Uber driver that got it wrong as well.

I am hesitant to order at this location and every time I do, I am reminded about why I never order from here. Every time they mess up my sandwich. This time, there was maybe 3 pieces of turkey and 1 piece of bacon. Barely any toppings I chose were on the sandwich either. You would think ordering ahead they would get it right but no. Never order from this location!!

States open until 9pm. It’s 7:45 on a Friday evening, chairs are all up on tables and employees putting everything away. Wish they would update hours so don’t drive over and waste time.

Called to ask for food accommodation because I have an autoimmune and gluten allergy. Refused to lettuce wrap and was completely rude on the phone and in person about it. Wanted to pay the 3 to just get the regular and told me no and that they’d void it and my money would be back in 3-5 days. No lunch on my break now. (I would’ve been understanding, but the rude phone and just not accommodating is just not great customer service.) no wonder they have such back reviews lol

Generally I am a fan of Jimmy Johns, but I have rarely had a good experience at this particular store. The sorts of things I have experienced are broken card readers, slow service despite being the only customer and stale bread.
Today I tried to order two combo deals listed on Jimmy John's website, only to be told that unlike the fine print on the site states, this store's official policy is that those deals are only valid for online orders. I then had to sit down in a booth and order from their website so they would honor the deal.
With plenty of decent food places a stones throw away, they need to do better.
Horrible customer service. I paid full price for the sandwich and they gave me very small sandwich. Customer service also sucks not friendly and welcoming at all. This location is sucks.
