I would highly recommend Jimmy John’s to anyone looking for a great sandwich and service. When I needed help with my order the manager Zander assisted me greatly and with an excellent attitude. I will be coming back sometime soon.

So I use JJ to pick up Lunch for Business Meetings. I use their App and clients can place and customize their own order. I always tip very well and every JJ I've used always fills the fountain drinks ahead of time for me. While not filling the drinks ahead of time is no big deal. How can they not label each sandwich (ideally with a name) or at the very least a number! It's very embarrassing having clients opening up sandwiches trying to figure out what is what. How hard can this be especially with a great tip. Next time I will go to Panera, their app works the same and their Service is much better.

Ordered some food for delivery and because they don't allow tracking on driver's I waited over an hour sandwich came soggy and undesirable probably stick with subway or jersey Mike's for faster better results...

Every time I come here it takes more than 10 minutes to make a sandwich even though I'm the only customer. On top of that the worker took a 10 minute phone order instead of making my sandwich

Absolute worst delivery service of any location I have ever ordered from. More than once I've waited over 45 minutes for delivery. Many times forget to add ordered sides. When you call to inquire where the order is you're just told the person is out with it. No apology etc. Definitely not freaky fast.

The employees could use some customer service skills. I wasn't greeted by either employee and the only time they spoke to me was to tell me what I owed. I felt like I inconvenienced them by coming in and they had to get off of their phones to take my order.

I ordered a turkey sub about two weeks ago. The order was incorrect. And it took about 45 minutes for it to be delivered. And they put the delivery fee of $3.00, plus a standard tip on the bill. I think they had alot of nerve. It's my last time ever ordering from them again.
