Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

I ordered delivery from the Park Ridge Lou Malnati's location recently. Ordering online was easy and went very smoothly. My order was delivered on time and my delivery driver was very professional and courteous. The pizza I ordered was a buttered crust sausage and pepperoni deep dish. It was so good. I highly recommend Lou Malnati's and the Park Ridge location is great at delivery service. Keep up the good work!

Reason being the star rating is given such a rating is because the pizza was delicious. The staff however need to be given more training especially on both customer service and common sense.

Got a medium Malnati's chicago classic deep dish pizza. The cheese and the crust were amazing. The sausage had zero flavor, and the sauce was very underwhelming. I would go back to try something different.

Friendly and courteous, they said the pizza would be a half hour before it was ready and it was. Delicious pizza. The store manager Gloria is a terrific, kind lady.

Sausage and cheese pizza was terrible , looked like a preschooler maid it. A drop of sauce. One sausage every other slice, cold and ugly. Barely any cheese it was the weirdest pizza I ever seen. I’m done with this location. This is the second consecutive time I was not satisfied. Poor customer service at counter, bad attitude from cashier. I ordered sausage and cheese pizza garbage, traditional chicken wings and got chicken nuggets! And got a cashier with a slick tongue.

Olo took my order over the phone with a couple of special request. Order was perfect and delicious. I paid with a gift card and Olo thoughtfully wrote the remaining money balance on the card with a Sharpie, in addition to pointing it out on the receipt. Excellent service. She’s an asset to your team!
