Very good pizza but….short on the marinara sauce. You need to spend an extra $4 to get it similar to other outlets.Dietary restrictions: They have very good gluten free pizza

Excited to try Chicago style Pizza while in town! Very disappointed! Pizza was totally flavorless, crust was hard. Taste like canned tomatoes on stale bread! Definitely will not do again.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Recent visit was a few days ago for "Pi Day." Ordered a medium Deep Dish Malnati Chicago Classic pizza. Juicy because of the sausage but the dough and crust, if you don't know, are out of this world. I'd probably add additional mozzarella next time but still a winner without extras. Favorite all time is The Lou!

As a guy of nearly 63 years of age I have enjoyed a LOT of Malnati's pizza over the decades. My first experience was as a 15 year old back in 1976. It would be more than fair to say that it is by far my favorite pizza, though I do enjoy some other local pizza places from time to time as well. I don't consider myself a pizza snob who will order from just one restaurant. Last ight my wife and I ordered a pie from the Park Ridge location, a large thin crust with extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni. What arrived at our door was a mess. First off, it was cut as my wife had specifically asked for. Secondly, it was supremely undercooked and as a result the toppings slid off of the pie while trying to pick it up. My wife cut the pie into two halves and and then cut half of it into two slices. The crust was so thin and undercooked that it just wouldn't hold up and it was really doughy. Just not good. The remaining half was placed into our oven for about 5 or 6 minutes at 350 and that helped to get it to a normal state. It tasted much better for lunch today. I don't know what it is but this is the third delivery out of maybe five that has been less than steller. They remedied one of my complaints tto a satisfactory conclusion but I have yet to hear back from the second. Somehow service quality seems to have gone down in recent months with uncooked sloppy pizza and excessive delivery times, even an email code for a special offer which was refused. I hope that they can get this ongoing problem solved, it does remain my favorite. But there are other choices, too.

Don’t know what happened to this establishment. This use to be our go to spot. I have been coming to this Lou’s since it opened. Pizza quality fell off. The staff is subpar, especially the manager. This was a easy fix for Me though. I just go to giordano’s now.

My roommate ordered pizza and we didnt get all the toppings or extra cheeze. Those were the smallest onions i ever seen on a pizza and i dont understand why theyd use canned mushrooms when they have fresh mushrooms for salad. Totally not worth the price, wouldve been better off with a frozen pizza honestly. They do have a good pizza sauce ill give them that but the rest of it was not great and that crust was rock hard and not enjoyable to eat.I got 10+ years kitchen experience and 2+ years of it pizzaria i know what goes into food prep. These portions and quality on ingrediants could have easily been improved. For what he paid i expected way more pizza with leftovers but after all three of us ate i was about to grab my keys and buy more food cause 2/3 still hungry but we settled on snacks from the cabinet.Im new to the area and on the hunt for great pizza and italian beef, this place definitly doesnt hit my top 20 best more like bottom 20 barely passable pizzas.. wouldve love to try the beef maybe that woulda redeemed the pizza, but they forgot to put it on, and ill prolly never order from here after this to try it

Just excellent every way you look at it. We got it delivered. So you know, you have your choice of how to cook it, crispy, well done, half cooked etc. Mine was well done. Wings were incredible. Swimming in sauce. Really nice!!

Ordered a pie to go to the tune of $35 which would not be a problem if it was fully cooked. The cheese was cold and still in sliced form. I was worried about the sausage being raw so I had to recook it. Really didn't come out that great.I've rarely had a problem with the one in elk Grove. Park ridge disappointed me.
