Caught McBrennan's Gourmet Burger Shack pop-up at our Park Ridge Market: After Dark, and their burgers, both House ($12) and Plain Jaine $9), were fresh, made to order (waited about 10-minutes), and delicious. Buns nicely buttered with some sesame seeds, House burger had some homemade cucumbers/pickles, and both House and Plain Jane Burgers had a nice House Sauce. Onions would be a nice add. Hard to choose which of the two were the best.

Awesome burgers! House w/ bacon is insane(best burger sauce around), Royale burger is equally delicious but the dill pickled jalapeños make it unique!! Can’t go wrong here. Get one for yourself!!!

This was an extremely good burger. We were at Tughthead and they had a pop up there. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely incredible burgers - highly recommend the Mac n Cheese if available. Great people run this operation. I try to get wherever they are as much as possible.

Fantastic burgers, nothing like this around that isn't $40 in a restaraunt. amazing quality too. Just need you guys down to the south suburbs sometime.

No joke, top 3 burger I ever had in my life. So delicous. The crew is great. Less than 5 mins from order to mouth. Fast. Tasty. Definitely following them to the next Pop Up.
