Caught McBrennan's Gourmet Burger Shack pop-up at our Park Ridge Market: After Dark, and their burgers, both House ($12) and Plain Jaine $9), were fresh, made to order (waited about 10-minutes), and delicious. Buns nicely buttered with some sesame seeds, House burger had some homemade cucumbers/pickles, and both House and Plain Jane Burgers had a nice House Sauce. Onions would be a nice add. Hard to choose which of the two were the best.
Awesome burgers! House w/ bacon is insane(best burger sauce around), Royale burger is equally delicious but the dill pickled jalapeños make it unique!! Can’t go wrong here. Get one for yourself!!!
We had McBrennan’s GB make burgers for our daughters 1st birthday. They were on time, friendly, and most importantly made the best burgers! All of our guests were impressed. We will be hiring them again.
