McDonald's have become way too expensive.. I bought a small cup of coffee ☕️ and vowed to avoid going any more.. A number one Big mcac, fries and drink were almost ten dollars... It's not worth it, so I bought nothing..

They sold me a soda which had a crack in the cup itself. It proceeded to leak half of the contents of the drink into my cupholder. That along is enough for one star, but other issues I've seen often there: way undercooked fries, crispy chicken sandwiches with very small patties, wrong drink orders, people driving the wrong way through their parking lot, etc. Just not a great location, despite its convenience.

Drive thru service was brutal. Instead of collecting payment and moving cars along, they focused more on waiting to collect payment in order to keep drive thru times down. This is the most idiotic greed of service I've ever seen. Your bottom line should be your measurement of success. This is why I prefer Wendy's or BK.

Went here for a Fillet-o-Fish fix, nothing too complicated but the workers are rude here, never got my receipt, refused to give me one when I asked for it, and the food was almost cold...had to nuke it, and my niece was upset in not getting her McNuggets...I ordered it and paid for it but the crew here missed it in their checks when bagging my order.No more, this place sucks, ain't ever coming back.Oh, and this place is just in a bad place anyways, so avoid it, go to Wildburger instead, or Culver's, a better burger place with a better fish sandwich too!At least the McDonald's in Northlake or Wauconda are friendly and are accurate with getting me my order. Even the Taco Bell and McDonald's in Elk Grove Village are friendly there and knows how to bag an accurate order too!More than Park Ridge can or will ever do...shameful.Oh, and I finally got my McNuggets, but from another McDonald's. At least the Karis managed McDonald's there could do it too...and that's pretty low balled.And I think the other McDonald's on Dempster near Milwaukee is also still better...better folks, and the food is actually hot there! Whoa, whatta concept! Maybe the Park Ridge McDonald's should try eating their own cold food!

This is a job that deserves to be paid $18-$20 an hour at minimum, just like in the city.Now this store is a sad, sad wrinkled bun mess that’s overcooked, wilted and nasty.
