I ordered the new steak & mozzarella sandwich. When I opened the sandwich at home it was dripping with some liquid. The bread was drenched and soggy. Terrible, terrible. Couldn't even eat it.

I ordered a full sandwich and only got half. The side of bread wasn’t in the bag as well. I would be upset normally but it’s probably my own fault for believing a restaurant and it’s employees could read a ticket correctly, make and give me the food that I ordered and place it in a bag. terrible service.
I ordered potato soup and got a cup of liquid. Not one piece of potato. For what you charge your quality control needs work.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and paid for them. Then I decided to get some soup. I waited and there were 2 orders under my name and picked them up. When we opened the bags to eat each bag had a soup and a roll. I have tried calling the Park Ridge location nine times and no one picks up the phone. I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and it was a big deal for me to go and pick up lunch. This is terrible customer service in addition to being unorganized. I have the app but nothing matters.

Nicest Panera, very good service, the young man went out of his way to help, not just me but everyone, very kind and patient. This Panera always have a better variety of bagels.
This is a good Panera, the place and the restrooms are always clean. The iced coffee here is better than most Panera's, they keep the coffee fresh and the ice machine full.
The sip club is great.
