Starting off with a wonder greeting, got seated quickly. Waitress service exceeded expectations. Food came out timely and it was absolutely wonderful. 5 starts for the staff here and service. Great work!!!

Advertised they were open until 9 p.m. on Sunday night but closed the kitchen at 8 p.m. this has happened multiple times. Management is leaving kids in charge who aren’t vested in the business but cleaning up and going home as soon as the bosses leave.

Absolutely! Phenomenal experience. Food is impeccable. Perfect place for really good dining in downtown Park ridge 10 out of 10. We'll come back.

The food here is good, but I can't justify eating here anymore with the price-to-portion ratio. Charging $19 for a salad consisting primarily of bagged lettuce is wild.

Absolutely disgusting food.

Went for an early Valentines celebration! Celebrated with the King crab leg special-amazing!!! My husband had the white fish and was also VERY satisfied. Our cocktails, salad, meals, and desserts were all so delicious! Can't wait to see what kind of special comes next.

Great place for dinner but would not recommend for brunch. I did not feel it was good value for what we paid. $179 for six of us. The Omelette look like it was two eggs at best . And no drinks as part of the meal. lastly adding 3% credit card fee did not go over too well. I will be back for dinner but not for brunch. Too many other places to go to.

Found this place from a Google search for somewhere different to try in the area. The photos did not do the ambience justice. It was a unique interesting space perfect for casual dining with the family. A few critiques, the garlic twists didn’t taste much like garlic, even though they were great bread. They also came out after our entrées arrived, and even though I had three outstanding drinks and drinks, two and three, I asked for my jalapeño to be muddled, and it seemed to be overlooked. That being said, the brick is outstanding, I couldn’t pass up the $40 per pound king crab leg special. Our server won, was courteous, quick efficient, and very friendly.

**EXPERIENCE AT SANTA BRUNCH*** Loved our experience for Brunch Santa overall. Music, decorations, great food and didn't feel rushed like other Santa experiences at nearby restaurants. Santa was great and so sweet and patient with younger toddlers. I will have to say my girls (7 and 3) got up to see Santa and were beginning to talk to him and within 10 or so seconds the owner(?) walked right up and started showing Santa pics on his phone from his childhood. Incredibly rude and not quite sure what couldn't wait so my girls could be in the magical moment for literally what they came there for. Lots of money spent for the owner to be the one to do this. The servers and staff were great otherwise.

I was going to start my review by mentioning how great the service was but there are so many reviews already saying the same thing. And it’s true. The service was great. The owners/management should feel lucky to have staff that are as good as they have.As for the food, it didn’t quite hit the mark. We started with raw oysters and they weren’t the freshest. Tuna tartare was next and it was ok. Our entrees were the whitefish which was pretty good and the glazed short ribs which were a miss sadly. The salted caramel gelato however was delicious. Overall a nice experience and would come again, certainly for the service and another try at the menu.

We had a delightful dining experience at Pennyville! The beet salad was refreshingly crisp, and the short ribs and cajun shrimp were cooked to perfection, making it a memorable meal that we can`t wait to savor again.
