Loved working here until Kirsten managed. She freaked out on me and I got fired. Duhhh general manager and area manager are besties. Alley was waaay more qualified for the position but good ppl usually get screwed. Been a general manager at Jersey Mike's for 3 years now and not a signal incident with corporate or my 14 employees. Lindsay, area manager for a few potbelly stores, including the store i worked,was AWESOME ?. UNFORTUNATELY... Kirsten was a close friend of Lindsay, soooo and I get it

I’ve come here a few times since the remodeled. I feel like it lacks the charm that it once had. Everything feels so cold. Loved the old style where you saw them working on your sandwich.

After ordering our family dinner, we were notified that our order had been dropped off 25 minutes later. Being that there was no delivery, we called potbelly to inquire. They informed us that Doordash was there delivery service (even though we ordered via the potbelly app) & that they picked the order up at the time of the delivery notification. We were told it should be on the way. 40 minutes later (over an hour after placing the order) there was no sign of the delivery. We called park ridge potbelly & requested a refund, which they were kind enough to oblige. Just for context, the order never arrived even as leaving this review more than 1.5 hrs later. Very disappointing & not our 1st issue with Park Ridge Potbelly, but it is our 1st review. There will be no further delivery attempts..

Train your employees to say"Hi" and "May I help you?" As opposed to blank, irritated stares. Oh and "thank you." Goes a long way. That is all.

This potbelly has been pretty good for years. I usually do online orders so don’t typically interact with employees but there have been a few times that my order has been wrong and they have been great at compensating for that. Overall I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick bite.

Came in for the first time today at the parkridge location I was very disappointed the cashier was very rude to me as I was trying to order a couple sandwiches she rolled her eyes at me and was very disrespectful I will not go back to this location ever again not even a smile a hello or a thankyou!!

I'm so disappointed how filthy this restaurant is. I picked up my order the other day & saw the area where food was prepared & it was a mess. The floors were disgusting too. There were only a few customers sitting. It was mid day, not busy. Maybe they need more help. Only 2 employees. Maybe there was a rush before I got there but the counter where food is prepared should've been cleaned after any prep.

Haven't been to Potbelly's in awhile, not a big fan of the "new" layout and look. I'm a customer of the OG location in Lincoln Park. The sandwiches are as great as they have been for decades, including the added avocado to the Veggie Melt formerly known as the Mushroom Melt!Glad to see the high school punks have been banned from this location.Vegetarian options: The Veggie Melt is all veggies. Not vegan because of the cheese.Parking: Plenty of free parking behind Potbelly's.

Mon son went in there with two friends and was told that they would not serve anyone under 18. What is the deal with this? They were not causing trouble, they just wanted lunch after early dismissal. The irony is that the server let 2 girls (their same age) order.
