We usually order takeout so that's what my review concerns. Never had a bad meal from here. Portions are generous and delicious. The baba ghanoush is absolutely delectable, as are the falafel and shawarma. I've had multiple people ask where my leftovers were from upon bringing them to work.
My husband is obsessed with the pickled veg (torshi) to the point he has recreated his own pickled veggies at home to just have on hand. He said it was the middle eastern version of giardinara, which is a supreme compliment. Thank you Shawarma Inn for cooking when I have no motivation and I can still feel like everyone got fiber, veggies and all that jazz!
Got a falafel sandwich with tabouleh just as they were about to close. The sandwich was great and the people were very friendly and accommodating, especially considering that they were getting ready to close as I walked in. Would definitely go back!

I walked in with not one person sitting down and no Togo orders so I asked how long she said ten minutes. I place the order a chicken wrap and a veggie combo basically all cold pre made stuff besides the wrap. So 25 minutes later my foods done. Falafel is cold…. I asked for extra sauces she gave literally not even a shot glass worth of each sauce ran out in the first three bites. Oh and made me late for work on top of it. Honestly disappointed cause the food wasn’t bad. Needless to say I probably won’t be back!

Just be careful and make sure to call ahead before placing an order online, there may be an issue preventing them from seeing it. We had an order placed that is now about an hour late, with out of town relatives left sitting in a car that entire time. It’s below freezing today.
The verdict seems to be the order wasn’t actually started until they came in to pick it up. If they were transparent about that from the start we would have just dropped the relatives off. It’s okay to be behind or make mistakes!! It’s how you handle and react to them that matters.

FAVORITE RESTAURANT!!!! This is our all time favorite restaurant!! The food is absolutely amazing and service is quick and very kind. If I could list their garlic sauce as my favorite food I would! Portions are enough for atleast 2 meals. Best place ever!!!
