Recently discovered the Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Expresso - it's now my favorite summer time treat! Today, I met a friend for coffee and I inquired about the iced horchata shaken expresso as it peaked my curiosity. But I wanted to stick with what I knew was sure fit - wasn't ready to chance it - so I ordered my usual. Shortly after sitting and chatting with my friend, the lovely barista walked over and handed me an iced horchata to try! I was most touched by her thoughtful gesture! Now that's customer service! Happy to report I now have 2 summer time drinks to choose from! Also, a BIG shout out to the staff - ever so friendly and helpful! Thanks for taking care of us in PR Starbucks!
