I normally don’t have great grocery store-Starbucks experiences, but this location is the exception. Service is quick, orders are accurate. I love that they support order ahead and it’s usually ready before the app says it’s going to be. Shoutout to Denis, his customer service is top notch. It looks like most of the bad reviews are pretty old, they have gotten quite a bit better in the last ~2 years.

Worst customer service, the girls were really nice but the man at register was very rude. He took my order and forgot to put anything on the sticker so when I got my drink it was all wrong! The nice girls helped me get the right drink but he just mumbled something under his breath when I told him. So rude!
