Closed 1 hour early
Came at 8:56pm on Friday night tonight. Door locked and they open to tell me they’re closed. Door says 10:00pm. I said it’s not even 10:00, they said they close at 9:00. Well it’s not even 9:00 either. Turned away a customer. Don’t advertise hours you won’t honor. I drove to this location because other location was closing at 9:00.

Very uncomfortable around the worker lady. She is very weird and has extremely slow and bad customer service. The food is mediocre and this might just be one of the most horrendous subways I have ever been at. She threatened me and chased me out for no clear reason.

I ordered online to get the BOGO50 promotion, upon picking up my order the Subway 5067 Park Ridge,Iltold me they had no order even though it was a pending charge on card. Upon reordering in store management told me promotion is good online only and would not honor.A lot of trouble to order on my short lunch break! Won't go to that Subway again.

I would prefer to give "zero". Had food poisoning for 6 days after coming here. Had the tuna. Back to normal after 2 tele-health doctor visits (could not make it in the office) and 3 weeks. Spinach and lettuce never looks like its washed. Friend's sweet onion topping was putrid and he scrapped it off and ate the rest of the sandwich but had 3 days of diarrhea afterward. It appears like they "top off" the sauces without rinsing and cleaning the containers. Third world lack of hygiene and sanitary handling of food doesn't work here. Had minor bouts of diarrhea from eating at this location in the past but this is more serious. My friend didn't want to go here anymore but I insisted. Never again.
Highly disappointed. We come here pretty often, and the treatment we received last time was beyond horrible. We ordered two rotisserie chicken sandwiches. Had to wait a bit since mobile didn’t go through but that was fine. Completely understandable. We get home and start eating only to realize we received tuna.I call to see if we could get this fixed, and I was told it /wasn’t/ tuna and we didn’t know what we where eating. It was the owner on the phone and he kept cutting us off while we where trying to explain that we didn’t get the right sandwich.

The lady there was so rude and the food was disgusting.
Very cheap owners. Might as well not ask for extra veggies here. The sub was the thinnest I have ever gotten. I specifically asked for extra on each item to see if they would actually honor that. When I asked about it they pretend not to speak English. If you can't honor the extra option, then don't offer it.
This place gave me food poisoning
Had no issues coming here.Simple turkey & cheese sandwich. Can't really mess it up & they didn't.Dude behind the counter was cool no issues. Will come back.
I had my first Subway sandwich was back in the 1980's and while it was OK I had already had what I thought were superior submarine sandwiches from the likes of Luke's and Mr. Submarine, it was OK. But I never cared for the way they used to cut that silly notch out of the top of the bread and stuff the roll full of ingredients. My own experience was that everything fell out so I just went elsewhere. Since then a number of establishments have come along. Subway did away with that stupid notch and my wife and I have become more regular to Subway since. It's mostly convenience but we also enjoy their sandwiches. We usually order the BMT for ourselves and grab a Tuna Sub for our autistic son. He is a one trick pony with his favorite foods. So my wife emailed me this afternoon and asked if I'd like Subway for dinner tonight since she didn't feel like cooking after working all day. She got her BMT and our boy had his Tuna but I decided to try something different. I ordered the Steak & Cheese Melt with no standard veggies. I added tomatoes. I asked for Peppercorn Dressing and skipped the Mayonnaise. I also requester Pepper Jack Cheese. I had to warm my sandwich up when time for dinner because my wife was home too early for dinner but once warmed and melted this was one tasty sammich! The bread was fresh and soft inside. The steak was both tender and flavorful, the tomatoes fresh and just right for consuming. That melty cheese and the combined peppercorn made this a marvelous taste treat which I will be ordering again and again!
