Waitress in shorts was very friendly but ran around like chicken with out a head. Other girl sat a bar and ate and used her phone. Asked for condiments, I'm still waiting. Coffee was like colored water.main breakfast item was out of 2 ingredients. Still waiting for check. Left $ ,never coming back.
Sad to say, but this place is just more Park Ridge mediocrity. Quality, service, and ambiance really need to be stepped up to be charging these kinds of prices. For what I paid, I could have had a delicious, fulfilling dinner and craft cocktails at literally any semi-upscale establishment in Chicago. Bought $13 sandwiches with microwaveable bacon I could have whipped up at home in less than 10 minutes. Multiple mistakes were made, no pride is taken in the food being served, and my cocktail was small and nothing to write home about. Really disappointed.
Great patio, speedy service and fantastic breakfast food! They have gluten free toast and can do GF French toast or GF breakfast sandwiches, which was the main reason for stopping in. Haven't tried their Bloody Mary or Mimosas but we'll be back for brunch very soon!
This was such a cute place and obviously popular. I was excited to try this place out. Came here for dinner and was disappointed. The server was very friendly and apologetic, but it took an hour to get two small chopped salads and a baked potato. We were done with our cocktails fifteen minutes before the food came and we only had a few minutes to try and eat before we had to leave for our prior engagement. Left hungry and frustrated, with a nearly $80 bill for two cocktails, two very small salads, and one small baked potato.
I had a wonderful experience after stopping in. Staff was friendly and helpful, and food was served promptly. My server was very kind and was able to suggest something I would like, as well as some of the more popular items. I really enjoyed the chicken caesar wrap, which was served with chips. I took a few desserts home which were very tasty. There were quite a few mixed reviews of the restaurant I noticed before coming in, but I had a great time! I would 100% recommend stopping in.
This place is more of an Irish bar, than a place that showcases desserts, but the desserts they do have, do not disappoint! I had their keylime pie and it was fantastic! They also had a brownie that was good too. Washed it down with a cold Guiness on tap, a board game to play with, and live music, Sweet and Tart Shoppe is a great place to hangout on a low-key date or Saturday night.BATHROOM REVIEW: The unisex single bathroom had ample space and was amazingly clean! Black and white tile, plenty of tasteful stickers, this bathroom was decorated well. Sit or squat? Sit!
Went here for lunch with a party of 6, 2 kids. The young man who was our server was earnest and friendly, but the food was a massive disappointment. We were one of 2 tables, and each dish came out one at a time, the paninis/sandwiches were smashed to hell, and the steak in the spicy steak wrap was akin to subway-grade meat. The mediocre food, while edible, was pretty overpriced. No sandwich/wrap was under $13.00 and that price included a bag of Lays potato chips. It's a shame, it's a cute spot in a cute little downtown area, but I don't think we will return here.
These beautiful gals and ALL of their employees go above and beyond. Helpful, welcoming, professional and kind. This place is a 10! If you want to make a great impression, I highly recommend the food, the chef, staff, the baked goods, the catering and all that goes with it. .
Such wonderful people. From beginning to end. The entire experience was professional, helpful, and excellent. Thanks S&T you made me look like a star ⭐️
Hosted a client appreciation Event in March for almost 100 people in the private room area. Guests loved the pretzel bread, sandwiches, cranberry walnut salad, assortment of desserts, drinks were well done! Staff was accommodating & provided a wonderful experience

The mimosa flights here are three full champagne flutes of mimosas! For $20 that is amazing. Also had the Orange creamsicle with Tito’s and wow, packed a punch- delicious sweet treat with a savory brunch. Every dish we got was $11- what a gem in Park Ridge!
What a Great Gem in the uptown area, the baked goods are delicious, and the lunch menu is really good. Don't forget to grab a soup on a chilly day!!!
This is an amazing ‘feel at home’ place with amazing staff and fantastic food and drinks. The creativity behind every cocktail is awesome and you’re seriously missing out if you don’t visit this place and make it a frequent breakfast, brunch and/ or dinner spot as well as a pop in for a drink. You won’t regret going here. It’s amazing !!!
Karaoke on Saturday night!! Paninis are amazing and their sweets are to die for. I had a gingerbread cookie! Great atmosphere and friendly staff!
We popped in for a sweet treat one afternoon. Nice space in downtown park ridge, close to the metra station, movie theater, and all the other great downtown shops. Pies were excellent. Key lime had perfect balance of tangy and sweetness. French silk had a creamy airy filling in a crisp crust. Delightful! Take your special someone there !
