Good food but the service is nightmarishly slow. Standing in a 4 person line for like 12 minutes while the guy makes milkshakes one at a time instead of taking all the orders and getting them on the grill, it's straight up dumb

a lot pricier than they used to be (the menu posted here is around $1 below the actual price), also they use pickle slices rather than spears for their hot dogs. paying near $5 for a single dog is a bit ruff, most spots would throw in a side of fries to sweeten the

Like a gourmet Big Mac. Don’t think fast food. These burgers are made to order and delish. Great fries and real shakes/malts.

These employees are always arguing in front customers. They have nasty attitudes. They’re thieves. Just went there asked nicely if the order was correct? They said yes with attitude, checked the sandwiches it was wrong. Brought it to their attention. One of the sandwiches was for a family member who has a severe milk allergy. No cheese or sauce. Very unhappy Asked for a refund the employee with glasses said NO and called the police. Police arrived told him to give me the refund, the employee refused. They told the employee he was in the wrong. They stole my $$$ police couldn’t do anything. The police apologized to me.⚠️ Avoid this restaurant at all cost. It will happen to any customers who goes there. Their orders are always wrong. ? the worst restaurant in Park Ridge. ?

In and out burger copy, burgers were flavorful and juicy, loved the sauce wish they would add more to the burger. Hand cut fries very good, be sure to get them well done. Friendly family owned location.

Get their Two-n-Two, with both grilled and raw onions. It was the perfect amount of food with the fries & the sandlot spread (which was amazing and I recommend getting it even though it’s 79 cents extra charge, it’s a must). The fries were nice and crispy and having a root beer float on the side, was a nice touch. It was also MASSIVE, so definitely worth the money, wish it had more root beer though. The space itself was small, but you know locals come here to eat a good burger all the time. A little outdated with the space but it wasn’t a deal breaker!Definitely will come again to eat their burgers!

Had a double cheeseburger, fries with sandlot spread and a root beer float. The double cheeseburger was pretty solid but I wasn’t blown away. The fries were really good, and the sandlot spread is AWESOME. Wish I could buy buckets of this stuff and take it home. The root beer float was pretty good. I wish it had less ice cream and more root beer, but I admire the portion size. They give you a ton of ice cream in the serving. Overall we enjoyed our time here. The owner was also very nice and passionate about the menu.
