Yesterday , I ordered a gyro plate to go with greek potatoes. After I got home, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged $2.25 extra for the greek potatoes even though their website says you get a potato of your choice with the gyro plate and nothing shown that greek potatoes would cost extra. In addition the woman who took my order at Wally's made no mention that greek potatoes would cost me extra. I called them and spoke to a manager who danced around with excuses and refused to give me a $2.25 refund. I would never ever do business with Wally's again which has such a stingy and non appreciative customer service attitude!

I have not been to this place for years... I was in the area to visit friends and we wanted something good and fast. We were on our way someplace else and I remembered this place was around the corner. The Gyros is good, loved the fries and the soda comes in an extra large size. The staff was helpful and friendly and the dining room was immacualte.

People rave about Portilo's chocolate cake. I and my friend think your chocolate cake is far better. We loved the scoop of ice cream and whipped cream with it also. I especially like your corned beef on rye and your rubins!

I found myself in the burbs and stopped for a gyro sandwich. It was the best gyro I've had in a long time! It was very fresh.

It's hard to find a place like this where the owner truly cares about maintaining quality food and service. Been going there over 15 years and it's still the same great taste and value for the money. Turned on my friends and get feedback like the chicken fell off the bone and there's enough gyros to make two sandwiches in one order. No question- the very best!!!
