I did have this place ranked 5 stars. Typically it's the best chocolate shake around. Today there were a couple of young girls working and my chocolate shake tasted like vanilla. I'm pissed. I don't come through paxton often but when I do it's to stop here and get a chocolate shake. I will not buy anything from here again if the owner is not there. The staff always seems to be incompetent in making a shake. This is at least the 5th time this has happened. Idk maybe it's time to give up at this location.

I have always loved this DQ! I grew up near it \u0026 worked there in high school \u0026 beyond! It is not the same as it was. I have decided to give up going to this location as the owner always has an attitude. He doesn't give napkins with your order. I should not have to ask for them. You can't get a lid for your item unless you ask for it before you order. The kicker today was when I asked for my gift card back after he ran it. I knew that there was no balance left but he threw it away ...saying that it couldn't be reloaded. My response was that I give my grands my old gift cards to play with! I am tired of his attitude. Obviously, he doesn't need my money anymore. He needs to learn some serious customer service because he has absolutely NONE! I will drive to Cissna Park... they have exceptional customer service in a family, oriented business!

Cute little chill DQ. Walk up service. Super nice young lady and perfectly mixed blizzards. So all in all really good DQ.
This place is so AWESOME. it was like going back into my childhood.
We stop here on the way home, better prices than the Dairy Queen where we live!!
One of few free standing DQs left around here. Variety of ice cream treats. Good service, great management
This is our favorite DQ. Just really nice people and great customer service. And of course ice cream is always yummy.
