My 5-star review shouldn't be misconstrued as meaning this is elevated, fancy Mexican or deeply authentic kind of cuisine, but for what it is it's great! It's spacious, incredibly clean, festive, fun decor, extensive menu, vegetarian friendly, flavorful - warm, delicious chips with tasty salsa, yummy, warm, soft tortillas... Delicious. Service was outstanding. Ask for the hot salsa, it was yummy. I had the lunch fajitas and it was a lot of food. Hubby had a tamale and burrito plate and he left the plate clean. The place was cute and clean. If in the area, we would definitely stop again. Yum!

We eat at Pueblo Lindo regularly. The restaurant is attractive and super clean, the food good and reasonably priced, and the service outstanding and quick. What more could you ask for? So glad to have them in Paxton!
