10/25 - Panther thick crust tonight, took a little longer than usual to get our pizza. Must have been a lot of carry out as the dining room wasn't that busy. Good pizza as usual. ---- Doesn't seen to matter which store you visit, same good service, same good pizza

I have to give this Monicals a shout out. Great service by the manager/staff workingThursday evening. Traveling on I57 and ordered carryout. Dropped my pizza on the way out the door 🤪 The box stayed closed thankfully! The manager/staff member came outside to help and offered to making us a new pizza. Not necessary but very kind and considerate. We passed and ate our piping hot tossed pizza in 10 minutes flat...and it was delicious! Thank you Monicals and appreciation to the gentleman that helped us.

great service. best customer service and experience I've seen in a long time. my friend and i dine in. I ordered a mini pizza to go as well. thick crust extra cheese and sauce. it was for my childhood brother who is in hospice. they cut it in small pieces for him to hold on to it better. he asked for monicals. thank you so much for taking the time to cut out just right. he ate one piece which was amazing. thank you for your wonderful customer service. good food. highly recommend

It’s Monical’s, not to many other options in Paxton.Someone needs to clean the bathroom, it’s a combination of grease and water that make the floors very slippery.

Came from South Carolina to visit family in Chicago and on our way back home, we stopped here and . . . oh dear . . . Yummm! We ordered the Family Pleaser with a salad, breadsticks, and pizza, and a small spaghetti with meatballs. So good! The Sweet & Tart dressing needs to be sold in the South!

Monical's is a Central Illinois staple. Very thin crust style. Plenty of seating. Counter service and self serve Pepsi products for beverages. Ordered a med BBQ chicken well done. The bottom of the pizza had some burnt spots that altered the flavor in a bit. Overall, it was a good pizza and a quality stop.

So, just ordered like normal, got a pizza w extra cheese and breadsticks. Neither good last couple visits. Pizza was undercooked and even though it had xtra cheese it had no cheese within 1.5 inches of the edge just sauce. Saucy pizza too....Waaat? Then the breadsticks tasted like dough. I mean for 30 bucks just unacceptable. I expect monicals to be great. This is my hometown monicals. Since when don't we care..... i have called them before to correct issues a while ago, but I don't want the third degree if I complain and want what I expect. Guess frozen will have to do, at least I control cheese and cooking
