What is the point in having a comment section to leave special instructions for your sandwich if the employees don't read it. This always happens to me every time I order from this subway online. I specifically put to have my bacon heated before toasting my sandwich, I do this because I spend the extra money for extra bacon and if you don't heat it first it doesn't get crispy. I have always put "please and thank you" in my comment. But some how it never gets read because I have nasty pink bacon. If it wasn't precooked bacon then I'd be sick every time I eat from this place. I've tried all caps, this last time literally did step by step on how to prepare the bacon. And they didn't even toast my sandwich! When you choose the BLT on the app it automatically check "toasted" so how in the world do you not do that step. I'm so sick of spending almost $40 for 2 sandwiches and mine is always made wrong. Calling gets you no where. And I'm so tired of it. Will no longer be going to this subway anymore. I'll drive 22mins or go to rantoul from now on. This is just ridiculous.

I just received the rudest service here. I ordered online, and they didn't heat my grilled chicken sub. I wasn't upset, at first. I just asked if we could come back and have it remade, but they refused. She just kept repeating to me that if I wanted my sub heated, I should've asked. Any time I've ever gotten grilled chicken, they've always heated it when I asked them to not toast it. Literally $20 down the drain. And I tipped them!

Best subway experience Iv had in a LONG time. Was there 8/18/23 at 130 in the afternoon. The Lady who served me deserves a raise! Promote her to manager! She did it all By The Book! Even remembered to ask if I wanted parm on the sub. I even got 2 napkins in my to go bag!!! Sub ways are always stingy with napkins. Not this one! Great Job. I'll be back.
