This place sucks the sandwiches are never cut through all the way if you ask for light anything you never get it they put the same amount every time I ask the service is terrible and every time i come here I am disappointed I even ask for these things every time and am met with the same response please make this a better subway or shut it down

Stopped by on 7-17 for a roast beef sandwich to go and found one thin slice of beef. Eight dollars and 49cents for one slice!! My thanks to the rude employee who can't speak English.

I got there because I ordered online and got a email saying my order was canceled or voided. Me and my girlfriend ordered at the same time thinking that maybe if I talk to them they'd understand. I was mistaken, they started getting snotty and didnt offer me anything in return for the mix up after I showed them all the proof of my order, the email and the cancelation email.

Like any other subway, they have a good sandwich. I believe the employees need a little more training for using the register. Other than that, this is a small establishment with some seating, but I'd rather eat in the car or take it home.

Well this is my second review in a matter of weeks I guess for now on since they can't pay attention I'll have to go and watch them because they've done this again! not only did they not toast it they took parts of my husband's sandwich put it on mine parts of his and put it on his like come on now I have worked at subway before it tells you step by step on the order how the person wants the sandwich!! PAY ATTENTION please!!!!

I do online orders for many reasons and I've never had an issue before they always do a really good job. Today I did it and they missed a few steps on not only mine but my husbands sandwich to. And the cookies were hard. I've worked at a subway before so I know sometimes it can be hectic Depending on the time and if you need to prep more food etc. Just Please next time pay attention. Thank you!

What is the point in having a comment section to leave special instructions for your sandwich if the employees don't read it. This always happens to me every time I order from this subway online. I specifically put to have my bacon heated before toasting my sandwich, I do this because I spend the extra money for extra bacon and if you don't heat it first it doesn't get crispy. I have always put "please and thank you" in my comment. But some how it never gets read because I have nasty pink bacon. If it wasn't precooked bacon then I'd be sick every time I eat from this place. I've tried all caps, this last time literally did step by step on how to prepare the bacon. And they didn't even toast my sandwich! When you choose the BLT on the app it automatically check "toasted" so how in the world do you not do that step. I'm so sick of spending almost $40 for 2 sandwiches and mine is always made wrong. Calling gets you no where. And I'm so tired of it. Will no longer be going to this subway anymore. I'll drive 22mins or go to rantoul from now on. This is just ridiculous.
