Best subway experience Iv had in a LONG time. Was there 8/18/23 at 130 in the afternoon. The Lady who served me deserves a raise! Promote her to manager! She did it all By The Book! Even remembered to ask if I wanted parm on the sub. I even got 2 napkins in my to go bag!!! Sub ways are always stingy with napkins. Not this one! Great Job. I'll be back.
Stopped for lunch the other day ans Madisyn...I think was name on her hat...red head was great. Was ahead of the game on everything and actually spoke clearly and was concerned the things were clean and taken care of. There was a brunette working with her...Courtney may have been her name...she was great too. Normally when we go to the Paxton Subway the service is...ehh...but not on Saturday at 11:00. Have those girls train the rest of thr employees!
We were the only customers in the store but a sandwich was being made by the two ladies. We stood there waiting, with NO greeting! Finally she said we could order when we were ready. The food was good, we order the same thing in every state. The whole store looked like it needed cleaning. With Covid and flu active, it should be a priority.
