“We all know Madison’s Chocolate Shoppe is the best but we are so fortunate to have The Scoop in Winnebago. We make sure to coordinate open hours with our trips. Only sad thing to say is that they close for the winter months. The Scoop is so inviting from the store its self to the owner to the outstanding staff. We have never had a bad experience here.
