Once we were seated, it did take a while for the waiter to get to our table. There were only a handful of tables and about 3-4 waiters. It took a long time just to get the appetizer, but not long after that, our food came. The food was fresh and tasted great! The only downfall is our waiter didn’t check on us one time after we got our food, as we sat with empty glasses. We had to sit around for a while before we were checked on, just to be ready for our bill. Like mentioned, the food was great and we enjoyed what we got. The service just wasn’t good.

Had the worst experience of my life at a restaurant. Waitress was rude beyond belief never came back to take our order after bringing drinks even though she said she would be right back and she had no other customers. Other wait staff were all just hanging out. Manager made a non apology both in person and on line

The parking lot is full of huge potholes. The decor is outdated & drab. We were a party of 4. We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated. Our food took 40 minutes. & was not at all worth the wait. The lime for the wontons was so dried out that it literally had no juice. My nacho chips were burnt & the toppings dry. The burger that another person in our party ordered was more pink than not. Our service was less than mediocre. Our waitress never even made it to our table until well after our food had arrived. Others had to cover for her while she did other things (??) & visited with a couple at one of her tables. We had to ask her for refills. We don't frequent this restaurant often. Maybe every couple of years. This is the second time we have been there & left saying we will never go back. We certainly won't give them another chance!

I came in with a table of 11 (‘mind you had two small children) was quoted 20 minutes. Which had no problem waiting. Got to about the hour waiting point and they said they had to wait for people to leave. So still had an undetermined wait time. Absolutely crazy. Should have just said it would’ve been a long wait time especially while we had 2 small children that were getting real restless. Left and went to Avanti’s and got right in. Will never dine in again. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Ordered 2 rib meals on line for pickup on 1-31-25, my birthday. Arrived at time stated. They ignored my hubby in the curbside pickup, even after calling the number to verify he was there. He then went inside & was told it would take 30 minutes, even tho it was ordered on their app. When they brought out the ribs there were no French fries. Attempting to get someone's attention, 2 employees looked at him & walked away & ignored him. After getting our food after an hour, one of the rib meals had the spicy sauce, not what we ordered. I realize everyone is having issues finding employee's, but at least train the employee's you do have.
Every time we go they have only 3 waitresses total backed up.. sign of poor management fix the problem before you get shut down like

I had the bourbon street burger and my husband had the ribeye withe garlic mashed potatoes. The food was good but the service was even better. Our waitress Hailey was very attentive, always checking to make sure our drinks were full and ect. I would definitely return and hope that she would be our waitress again. Keep up the good service Hailey.
