Arrived at 7:10pm. Didn’t take our order and still missing two drinks at 7:40 pm. Super disappointed, we ended up leaving. It was not busy at all. Our waitress was friendly when she came but extremely slow service.

Ordered online, you spend $30 on a meal your expect it to be right! Fail, worst part is manager cant just say let me take you name and next time your meal is free.but instead tried to fo everything possible to not refund my money or make my next meal free! I wont ever be back, I know now why Applebee's is closing restaurants

Food came out cold. They were busy but not packed either. The manager probably could have helped to get food out for people to get hot food. What made me sick was knowing my husband's hamburger was still alive when he got it. Wasn't even cooked but the outside. The floors you can feel how nasty they are just walking in them.

The wait is so long for mid food

Once we were seated, it did take a while for the waiter to get to our table. There were only a handful of tables and about 3-4 waiters. It took a long time just to get the appetizer, but not long after that, our food came. The food was fresh and tasted great! The only downfall is our waiter didn’t check on us one time after we got our food, as we sat with empty glasses. We had to sit around for a while before we were checked on, just to be ready for our bill. Like mentioned, the food was great and we enjoyed what we got. The service just wasn’t good.
Walked up to the podium, stood twenty minutes.No one even spoke to us. I finally called from the podium and said, i've been standing here twenty minutes.Do I just seat myself? Guy said nope, we're doing the best we can. You'll just have to wait, we left

Had the worst experience of my life at a restaurant. Waitress was rude beyond belief never came back to take our order after bringing drinks even though she said she would be right back and she had no other customers. Other wait staff were all just hanging out. Manager made a non apology both in person and on line
