I have never really had bad food here. Service has been good for the most part as well. Biggest complaint would be we received boneless wings that were smaller than McDonalds chicken nuggets. Pizza Hut has better wings.

Who ever was working the bar last night is the best server have had in a long time! Very attentive and polite. Never let my drink or plate stay empty and always checking in. Great drinks and great wings.

It has been some time visiting BWW. Had lunch with my wife. Ordered the 10 piece wings half buffalo and half BBQ. They were great. Just enough for lunch. We will do,this again.

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner and we were very disappointed. Mainly with the service. First of all, our waitress took about 8-10 minutes to get our drink order and drinks out to us. Ridiculous! Also, my boyfriend ordered a Long Island iced tea, and that drink is supposed to be shaken. His drink didn't look shaken. It looked like a build drink. Which that type of drink isn't a build. Next, we ordered onion rings for an appetizer. Which took about 10-12 minutes to get out to us. (Which for onion rings, it shouldn't even take longer than 8 minutes at the most). It wasn't even busy in there either! We happened to notice that a lot of the wait staff besides one person was standing around talking by the hostess stand. The was one waiter (this man was tall-ish, had tattoos on his arm, wore glasses, and and a mustache); he was the only one working. We were a little upset he wasn't our waiter because we would have tipped him well. He did good. The waitress we had, ( a younger girl with brown hair, not really sure how else to describe her) was pretty rude and didn't check on us at all. It didn't seem like anyone had trained her. Anyway, she didn't check on us when we got our appetizer. The meals that we ordered took 20 minutes to come out, and again it was not busy. Usually, when people order, ticket times are supposed to be around 12 minutes. Fifteen at the most. We are usually pretty generous when we tip but we only tipped her five dollars. I felt like for this review, I had to go into detail. Because overall we were not pleased. We thought about asking for the manager, but at that moment we were so unhappy, we just wanted to get out of there. I'm not sure we will be back.

I want to give a huge thank you to the manager and staff tonight. We placed a later door dash order and it had been 30 minutes and still didn't have a driver assigned. The manager and staff held our order for us as we canceled our door dash and made it as easy as possible for us to come pick up our order. Usually you would have attitude or push back and we didn't at all. Thank you for the best customer service we've experienced anywhere in a long time!
First and foremost, our waitress Tanah was 1000/10 awesome! Through all the craziness of how busy she was, she didn't let it show. Tanah was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable! One of my favorite margaritas sadly wasn't available (out of sour mix ?), but she recommended the Deep Eddy Crush and I'll definitely be adding that to my favorites list! ?There was a slight mix up with our boneless wings (it was bound to happen with how slammed BWWs' was), but Tanah and the manager fixed everything! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy ? I highly recommend this location! ??????? TANAH IS AMAZING AND DESERVES A RAISE!! ???????

The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings was terrible! My wife and I ordered a pick up order of some wings and when she went to pick them up at our pick up time, they werenât ready. No big deal her and I are normally fine with waiting. But this went on for over an hour. So, she asked what was going on and she got brushed off. After she waited awhile longer she asked again and they informed her that they needed to âclear the orderâ basically they hadnât even started it! So after 1hr and 30min later we got our food and they did nothing to make it up to us. I would have taken a coupon or just an apologyâŠanything honestly. Basically I wouldnât order pick up from this location and wonât be againâŠ.. but the wings were good.
