Great place to watch football, have big family dinners and good food. If you are a big group(10+), it does take a hour to two hours but you will get that anywhere with that big of a group.

Service was great! Everything came out fast even in a dinner rush! The food was nice I recommend the nacho supreme with a little chicken if you’re looking to share!

What happened to the chicken sandwich? It used to be really good and looked like a hand breaded chicken breast. What I was served tonight looked like something you'd expect from McDonald's...a thin processed chicken patty! Very disappointing!

Order was to be ready at 610. That was well over 30 min after placed. After arriving at 615 waited an additional 30 min and my order was a burger and wings so two items. So over an hour wait for two items. I get its a busy night but please don't tell people 30 min if going to be over an hour.

Sam and Cree always take great care of me. Every time I walk In they already know what I’m getting to drink. They also never let my glasses get empty

Most Buffalo wild wings have seem to went downhill since the pandemic, however I ate here the other day while in Pekin and the food was very poor my chicken was way overcooked and cold by the time it got to my table.

My wife and I stopped in after a workout to grab some wings and fries, thinking we could use the Halloween 1799 deal (20 wings and fries). We didn’t realize at the time that the deal was carryout-only — and I’ll just note that the fine print on the website really should make that much clearer. I shouldn’t have to click a separate “Terms and Conditions” link to find that out; it should be stated right there alongside the promotion details. The only thing I feel like I was in the wrong about is assuming that this deal could have been dine-in as well.

When we arrived, it took about 15 to 20 minutes from the time we walked in the door and were seated until our order was finally taken. It was busy, so I understand slower service, but when I asked about the deal, the server said it was carryout-only. I replied that in that case, we’d have to look at the menu since we were planning on ordering that wings deal. He then made it seem like he could still make it work and serve it to us boxed up. His attitude came across like he was doing me a favor, and when I asked about upgrading the fries, he seemed even more put off. Honestly, I would’ve preferred if he just said “no” upfront — I completely understand if something’s not possible, but clear communication goes a long way.

We ended up waiting about 25–30 minutes for our food, and when it arrived, it was in a bag like a to-go order, even though we were dining in. The service process was awkward: we had to pay for our drinks at the table (around $4 total), and then the server had to escort us to the carryout counter to pay for the food portion of our order. We left a $5 tip for his efforts with the drinks.

The total for the food came out to $31.77, which doesn’t make sense when the advertised deal was $18. My first time ordering this exact same deal for carryout, my total after tax was $18.94. Even accounting for dine-in pricing or local taxes, that’s a major difference that doesn’t add up.

To top it off, the fries were cold — which has actually been a consistent issue. A couple of weeks ago I ordered the same deal for carryout and waited over 15 minutes past the pickup time, only to get home and find the fries cold again. My wife’s had the same issue every time she’s eaten at BWW. The wings themselves were just okay — nothing that would make us come back.

Overall, the whole experience just felt disappointing: unclear communication, slow service, cold food, and a general lack of care. My wife already wasn’t a fan from past visits, and after this one, I think I’m finally in agreement.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you’d like to try to rectify the situation. Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be returning. Thank you. We’ll also be sharing our experience through word-of-mouth, as we believe honest feedback is important.

I have never really had bad food here. Service has been good for the most part as well. Biggest complaint would be we received boneless wings that were smaller than McDonalds chicken nuggets. Pizza Hut has better wings.

Waited 22mins on 1/18/25 before walking out. Didn't even get our drinks. Service gets worse every time we go.
