If I could give less than one star for everything I would. So my husband and I went there tonight to get some food because we were both hungry and he just had a long day at work. We went through the drive thru and he got the bacon king and I got the bacon and Swiss royal crispy chicken sandwich. They had us pull to a spot where 3 other cars were waiting. They brought us the food only for my sandwich to be lightly fried and RAW on the inside. Lime I'm talking still bocking RAW. I went inside and showed them my sandwich after I already took a bite. I dont recommend this location anymore. The first few times I went were perfect. This time, not so much. Now I'm feeling sick because of their lack of responsible food handling and cooking skills. 0 stars. Food poisoning central. $18 for 2 sandwiches too that were less than mediocre.

This location is awful. It took 26 min from placing my order to getting the food. They had us pull up to a spot, when they weren't busy, where we waited for 16 min. When they finally brought us the food there was no mention of the long wait or an apology. The food tasted like it had been cooked in old dirty oil and they forgot sauces. When we attempted to go inside for sauce the doors were locked and they said they "forgot" to unlock them, which is strange considering they had come outside to deliver other orders. Someone needs to look into the ineffective and lazy employees and correct the issue ASAP. We won't be back. Absolutely terrible all around.
The worst experience ever. Waited for 10-15 minutes for our food. They tried to take it to the wrong car. There were 5 waiting for their food. When they came to me I asked if there were 6 sandwiches in the bag at which time they checked and said yes. I came home and there were only 4 sandwiches. We spent almost $30. Food was very cold. They need to close this place. It's obvious, they can not get help. Will not get my business again.

Waited over 20 minutes for an order placed ahead of time. We finally get the food and we didn't even get all that we ordered, and the fries are dangerously salted to the point where they likely arent safe to be consumed. (Im talking like a fresh winter snow on christmas morning on EVERY fry.) Sadly this has been pretty standard every single time we've gone here. I definitely won't be back ever (not even to fix my order, i dont have another 20-30 minutes to waste) Sometimes they don't even allow you to place an order, theyll have about 3 or 4 cars in line and give you a "pity me" line that heavily suggests and translates to "please leave" Something is truly awry in this location and someone (anyone?) higher up needs to step in
