I ordered an Impossible burger via the drive-through on Friday, November 14 around 6:00 p.m. It was the worst meal that I've had at any Burger King. This may have been the worst fast food that I've ever eaten. The bun was so stale that I looked for mold (I didn't find any). I assume that the burger was cooked in the microwave entirely or was very old and heated up.
I've enjoyed Burger King: Impossible burgers and actual beef for decades. This was a real departure to say the least.

Went to order in drive through, sat for 8 minutes before someone came to the mic to order. We said 2 things and they told us the price and never came back, told them we had more to order and there was no response. Unacceptable service, will never come back again.

Everything was really good, the only thing was the one lady up front was stressing because she was short staffed, which I totally understand, so nothing against her because I could tell she really cared about her job and the customers.

I ordered Burger King through Doordash. I placed an order for a whopper combo with cheese, lettuce and tomato. The tomato and I lettuce were missing. I asked for mayo and mustard, it was on there and the cheese was on it, and I ordered a frozen coke for my drink and the frozen coke machine was down-again!! I am very disappointed. I contacted Doordash and was sent a full refund. Very disappointing experience.

placed mobile order 23 minutes ago, got there after 15 minutes, waiting for 13 minutes for them to hand me a bag. whats the point of placing a mobile order if uou don't make it beforehand?

Ordered a 40 PC. Nuggets deal. The nuggets had a bad after taste. I was thinking that maybe they are using old oil. Threw most away. Have to rely on delivery because disabled. We've ordered from here many times and no problem with food. The only other problems are missing food ( fries mostly) on a consistent basis.

This place has went totally down hill. There should be new management team brought in. No cars in line, get told to pull to a spot where they already have two other cars pulled. I understand trying to keep drive times down but come on now! You have majority of the shift out back in cars smoking. Come on now. Run the restaurant a little better
Waited in drive thru for literally 10 min before the person in front of us order was taken. So then we pulled out of DT and went in. Well, that was a mistake bc once inside, only one girl was working the front, doing everything by herself, and no one else was around. Finally, she was able to take our order. After that, all the other employees started walking back to their spots from the back as if they all took a break together. Then, it took another 10 or 15 min for our food. All the tables and drink station were filthy, ice was out, floor was sticky around the one clean table. Worst Burger King experience Ever!
