This was the worst food I've had in a long time. The burgers tasted like luke warm cardboard. The sodas were even flat. I only gave it one star because 0 wasnt an option. Save your money my neighbors dog left the burger laying on the ground.

I don't ever write reviews like this but unfortunately, that's how it has to be this time. I remember coming to this Dairy Queen when I was younger and Dairy Queen was a happy experience....a positive childhood memory but this time it was far from that. The restaurant was pretty run down/ wore out, dirty, outdated, and honestly pretty sketchy. It seemed like it was maybe family owed but I'm not sure. When we got there we almost left because there was no one there except 2 gentlemen standing behind the counter, it felt odd but he was polite. We ordered two chicken strip baskets, everything was made fresh but it was well done. There was also a problem with the gravy, it was chunky, in a concerning way. I did take it back up to the counter and he gave me another "cold" gravy from a refrigerator. It looked good but I asked if he could heat it and that's when the gravy started to "change". So it looked like that due to heating it in the microwave and not stirring it.I would suggest a new "chain" Dairy Queen be built and relocated closer to all the other stores and it would probably get alot of business; but this one, I'm sorry but I'll never be going back.

It wasn't bad a year ago... but now it's terrible. Ordered meals and didn't get fries or drinks... tried to order the new shake that came out this month and they didn't even have the ingredients for it, but they apparently still had an out dated advertisement for the cotton candy blizzard... disappointed the kids when they couldn't have it.... and the cones! Holy smokes we ended up getting some cones and I didn't know this until we went to another Dairy Queen and my cone was huge compared to the one I got at pekin... the actual physical cone was bigger. I found out the pekin was actually serving kid size cones instead of the regular size cones! Will never return to Pekin... sad because it's much closer to home than any of the others.

Very slow service thru drive thru. Ordered least expensive sandwich combo with reg oring and large drink $18.00 was too much for what I got. The food was good drink was flat. Food handed to me with a word spoken.

Food is horrible and so is management! I know someone who works there. They were selling spoiled chocolate ice cream because management said to. They don't have a warmer for meat so burgers are made then put in a plastic to go container and put under the warmer all day. They have roaches, and yell at employees for not wanting to sell the spoiled food or even they have an idea to better the restaurant. Owners are horrible humans with no care about the health of others by selling old food, fridges not to proper temp and fryer oil is never changed. Sad really and to think I used to eat there before knowing someone who sees what's behind the scene

The health department needs to inspect this place. The bathrooms are filthy and people report how it smells like spoiled milk...This is such an embarrassment.

In return I don't get credit on my DoorDash account because of your incompetency. If you don't have the food, don't allow DoorDash to deliver. I will never order from you again!!

Order took a really long time. Half the order was incorrect.The fries and strips were cooked in what taste like old fryer oil. When the put in he fried food in our container it contained Old fries and curds that had obviously been floating around in the fryer all day.

This place is nasty we went here for lunch one day it smelled like expired milk and mold. We got burgers chicken strips and chili dogs it all tasted microwaved and the chicken strips were cold and almost had a freezer burnt taste to them not to mention we had saw a cockroach crawling on top of the trash cans it was absolutely horrific just foul this place needs checked by someone and shut down as I see by the rest of the reviews it’s been going on for years absolutely disgusting
