Asked if the crab ragoon was the same as fast dragon, lady said yes. It definitely WAS NOT!!! Atleast downtown is still fast dragon.

My honest opinion is that although Lucky Garden is through new ownership, the quality of food stayed the same as Fast Dragon’s. Also why would they keep old Fast Dragon reviews if they are a different restaurant now? Some pieces of the pork in the fried rice were undercooked (yes I understand it has a red40 marinade but look at the pictures), the peppers were lazily cut in large pieces and tasted raw or like they had been thrown in a pan for just 10 seconds. The steak tasted odd, without any sort of crispiness (almost like it was boiled). It made me sad because I wanted to try out this new place. It’s not often I leave bad reviews, but there were multiple things wrong with this and it just ruined my lunch. At least the egg roll was good. I’d be opening to coming back in the future if they change, but my first 2 orders here have been bad. Make no mistake, they have done a great job revamping the interior and have GREAT customer service!!!! But at the end of the day, I come to a restaurant for good food and it honestly feels like I could make much better at home.

I ordered the roast pork egg foo young. That is not what I got. I got fried rice, soft noodles, pork, and a few onions. No gravy. It was super dry and not good. I added my own pork gravy to make it edible. Not what I ordered.

The floor was sticky, and there was black mold on the ceiling up by the buffet. I would not recommend this to anybody.
Ordered cashew pork. No pork! Got it home and it was just celery carrots water chestnut and mini corn ears in sauce over fried rice. What a rip off!

Went with a group of friends. Been awhile since I've been there. Needless to say it was displeasing. The cooks look like they didn't care. Price was kinda expensive for mediocre food. AND all of us left with food poisoning. Would not recommend to anyone in Pekin or the area.

I must say the last time I got carryout from there it improved alot the pieces of meat were much bigger than last visit which were like tiny strips I'd recommend it for carryout prices went up from last time but it was worth it

They gave me the wrong pick up order. I didn't see it until I got back to the hotel when they called me. I said I would bring it back and get my food I ordered. They tried to make pay for both meals. I'm more mad that I tipped $10 on a $30 order only to get screwed.
