Pekin Jimmy John’s is definitely not freaky fast. It tool them an hour to deliver one sandwich to a house 5 minutes away from their restaurant.

Always a fan of Jimmy John’s and will most likely continue to give them business because when they’re on they’re on. Multiple times as of late it’s taken 45 minutes to an hour for a cold sandwich or 2 to be delivered. Almost every single order of my last 10 or so have been missing an item. Since they’ve started the meal deal when you order late I thought I was getting a deal but then each time one of the items from the deal is missing. I don’t want to order somewhere else, I just want some attention to detail. The drivers are always courteous when they realize they’ve forgotten something but that doesn’t account for the mistake in the first place. Help me fall back in love Jimmy John’s Pekin.

10/17/24 Ordered delivery for 1030pm cuz thats when i get off work. Not only did they deliver to the WRONG house. They made the wrong sandwich. Its always incompetence from this location. Order from somewhere else.

What's up Pekin, Illinois? Did you guys lose your expectations? Born and raised there and returned home for family business. It started with my favorite breakfast at Bob Evans. Food was OK at best but hands down worst service of my life and I'm 59! Then I ordered Jimmy John's for dinner. The exact same order I have where I live and there when I'm done there's not a sliver of lettuce left. I wish I could leave you a pic of what was left from my Pekin, Illinois experience! First asked for extra napkins and mayo packets. No mayo and literally 1 napkin. Very little meat and mostly lettuce. I could have made a side salad with the excess! Tomato was so tough you couldn't break it with your fingers, and bread was so hard I had to tear off over half of it!
