Ordered two sandwiches on Jan. 20th through the drive thru, got home to find my #17 had no meat whatsoever. I called expecting to get a replacement sandwich delivered but all they offered was adding a credit to my phone number. (Worth noting, I had been there probably 6 months ago and also received a sandwich with no meat, chalked that one up as a loss and moved on)I just called to make use of my replacement sandwich and there’s no record of that credit on my phone number, after speaking with 2 different people quizzing me on the date, time and phone number used, they told me to wait one second and hung up on me. No call back (after they read back my number to me twice) we will not be returning to this location.

We come her every so often and usually everything is good, this tine was good i got the new spicy chicken sandwich it was really good, but i also ordered a beach club and had it for lunch the next day and was missing the turkey. But over the food was good.

The other day I went to get a sandwich here, and usually Jimmy johns is freaky fast. Well none of the workers had asked me if everything was going ok while I had waited for my sandwich to be made because after about 10 mins of waiting. I had to be back to work very soon and looked over the counter after noticing two driver thru orders had gone out and asked the workers "excuse me but where is my food"? The deer and headlights look I received had given me all the answers I had needed to know. They had forgot about my order. Well come to find out they didn't put my ticket on the trey to be made. I was able to go-to the dispensary quicker than getting my food at Jimmy John's ?! I never would of thought thatd be the case. I loved my sandwich that day, tasted really good but the experience was one to report back on in a review!

Why are the gargantuans so small? And for the price?? not to mention they always forget to put the extras on the sandwich. Last 2 times I asked for extra vinegar and oil, hardly any on the sandwich. They used to soak the thing. Not anymore. No jimmy peppers or Pickles either.
I go to this location a lot probally more than most almost daily and 12/7/23 pretty rude drive thru

We ordered a sandwich with a bag of chips and 2 cookies . The cookies were very dry.This has happened before, but we let it go. They tasted stale. When I called to ask about a refund I was put on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes. When I finally talked to the manager he said "I find that hard to believe. " At the end of our conversation he was very short with me and I felt like he hung up on me. My husband went in to talk to him about his customer service. Overall it was not a good experience.

My boyfriend went in to get a sandwich nothing special just a Turkey an cheese a club lulu I think it took them forever to make it an it was small compared to subways sandwiches an it cost 9 dollars an something I think that's ridiculous

They keep forgetting stuff on my sandwich they use to get it right and it's starting to irritate me if the employees can't do there job by adding one thing on a sandwich don't need to be working I work at a job and order all the time the only good thing there is the managers onetime they gave me credit on a sandwich and they also made mine but if it don't come from them won't take it

I recently ordered a #4 Turkey Tom with avocado. The turkey was tasteless, the avocado could not be found, and the sandwich was mostly lettuce. The entire sandwich was a huge disappointment.The only thing worth eating was the bread; at least it was fresh.
