I was getting food for my mom and i ordered a bunch of stuff. I knew it was gonna take a minute to make. However I should not have waited for 30 mins just because of the biscuits!!! Service was slow all around, it looked like they were doing one order at a time. They would finish one order and THEN take the next persons order and did this continuously. If they need to, either hire more employees or schedule more employees!!!

Second order where they failed to fill the order at all. Staff got extremely rude about my order when I was willing to wait for it. Also they don't cancel the order or refund at the store, you have to call a number to get a refund. The restaurant was dirty and had flies. I wish I could rate this location lower honestly, I'll never go back.

Sadly, this is a “run, don’t walk” scenario. I don’t know what’s happened to KFC, all KFCs, but they’re dirty, disgusting, run by incredibly rude staff and the food is never correctly prepared anymore.

The second time getting 2 pot pies, there was no chicken in them. They have been good till recently. 2pot pies were burnt and had hardly nothing in them. They replaced them 2 days later and again BURNT and they put something in it that almost made me vomit. I'm done won't be going back!!!

Got food to go in drive thru. Had to wait for pretty much everything. Biscuits were way under cooked and the chicken could have cooked a little longer. I will still eat here . Just hope for a little improvement next time.
Can I find a star lower than 1? Pekin's KFC...wring the grease out of the crust, and check your chicken before you leave. Hey guys... A breast is not considered to be dark meat!

Every now and then I order KFC for delivery. Many times when I order mashed potatoes with no gravy, they put gravy on Anyway. And for the longest time their biscuits have not been golden brown like they always used to be. I can't eat their fries, they are always tough. Their chicken is still alright.

Ordered online for pick up it was raining and nobody was in the drive-thru so I pulled up and said I had a online pick up the girl said you have to come inside to pick up so I did she walks my bag of food over from by the drive up window I asked her why she couldn’t just handed it out the window she said we only do that when the lobby is closed like come on be for real ..not to mention the food was not good at all definitely don’t recommend this place
