I want to enjoy and like this place. we ordered an app and two meals. Our app came out less than one minute before our meals got to the table. Sucked to order something and not able to enjoy it because I don’t want my meal to go cold. I still ate a piece of the app and put it on the paper plate. After picking it up to eat again, I noticed a staple on my plate. I told my waitress and she said “that shouldn’t be there” and took it/left and did not bring another plate. My meal was also missing the fries I ordered. Nothing more was said or reflected in the overall bill. Overall disappointed to not be able to enjoy my appetizer, finding a staple on my plate, and originally missing items from my order. I know others like this place and I hope one day to have the same experience

Last Saturday we had a celebration of life for my son. Rail House was one of my son's favorite places to hang out. We had more people show up than we expected and our server Melissa was a total pro!! She was kind, thoughtful, and handled all our needs beautifully! Our guests had a great time. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this event more than we could have hoped.

The food is absolutely amazing! I had the 420 wrap. The staff was friendly. I'm not sure If the waitress we had was new, or not used to big parties, but she was definitely trying! All in all it was awesome! We had our wedding dinner there. We're going to definitely be back!
