So just tonight the front line that is taking front line orders is talking bad about other coworkers talking about how she don't like this guy that works there and how he is so stupid that everyone thinks they are joking with him when no one likes him her exact words and the time I posted this is the time she was taking a front line order if the higher up managers actually read the reviews and actually do something about her talking bad about coworkers in front of guest actually it will be a few minutes before this post was made she should be fired!!!

Happy New Years, and I must say that I am pleased with the service at this location the vast majority of the time. Today, it was quite busy at 4:30 or so, and this is understandable, but one item was left out of my order when extra time was needed to fill it. I ordered a combo, plus an extra sandwich with it, and gave into temptation on the latter. However, I did pay for this extra item, and it was left out. So, I will have to do my due dilligence and bring this up. There was one prior incident, when someone who used to work there was sympathetic to people I was at odds within my personal life, and bad service was given and disrespect was encountered. Such things have a way of catching up to people later, especially when you make a habit out of it. I doubt this incident was on purpose, but I have encountered theft at drive thrus before. All is forgiven, these things happen, but just try to do better please.

It is ok.. none of the employees want to take orders at the front and/or stop to be bothered by refills. This becomes particularly annoying because I was always taught to never leave a customer waiting... This is not the case. At times, I wait an average of 8-10 minutes to be noticed.

Employees at this location often act superior in some way. Not very inviting. Atmosphere offsetting. If rated only for food, I would rate higher.

Got food poisoning from here.

Had placed a mobile order for 20 nuggets 10 minutes ahead of time. When I arrived my food was not ready and they had to heat up the fryers (so I waited ever longer). When I came to the window, the cashier did not say hello or anything, so I said I had a mobile order for pickup. She then screams out to her coworker to drop 80 nuggets (the person in front of me must have ordered 40). Proceeds to just wave her hand and shut the window. So I assumed she wanted me to pull forward.

I waited 15 minutes total for my food, went home and ate it, then got violently sick. First time at the McDonald’s location and definitely the last.

It seems that hes a manager, but this Aiden kid either needs to learn to be a good person or he needs fired. Im sick of standing in line or waiting for my food always hearing the way he talks to his employees is embarrassing. Within the last 6 months, anytime I come in on night, hes who is there, and he treats his employees on shift like crap, the way he speaks to them is disgusting. He either needs to go back through training or he needs fired, bottom line.

manager shorted us on change at the first window a whole dollar, argued when brought up then handed us a half full cappuccino because “they don’t have frapes right now so that’s what they’re ringing them up as” so you wasted my money not once but twice and didn’t want to solve either issue? i’m actually speechless, that’s basic business 101
