OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS PLACE food ALWAYS good fries ALWAYS CRISPY AND AMAZING BUT one time i asked for extra pickles they gave me two 🙄😒😡 SO i walked in that place SLAMMED my burger down 😂😼and asked for some more pickles 🥒 and you know what THEY DELIVERED GAVE ME THAT BURGER WITH LIKE TEN PICKLES I LOVE YOU MCDONALDS💗❤️😋💋🥰

I ordered food, I received trash. I dont write reviews often and this is a McDonald's, so I'm not expecting much here but this was a massive waste of money. My nuggets were rubber, soggy, slabs, that were almost warm but not quite there. My fries were actually cold like cold cold. Now that of course is frustrating bit what it actually means is that they arent following food safety protocols. This is not a safe place to eat.

Pulled up to the spot the guy told me to. 20 minutes later, I still don’t have my food. I went inside and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. After 10 minutes inside, I finally get my food which was not fresh at all. Very upsetting.

After waiting 15 mins for my food. The chunky blond manager that gave lip and excuses when I demanded a refund! I wouldn’t have used a description of her if she didn’t refused to give me her name. Then told me she didn’t have to refund me. Refunded me the wrong amount from what I paid. I definitely called the cooperate line before I reached the end of the parking lot! No name tags and she basically stole from me! Exactly how I feel after that lame of an excuse they call a McDonalds.

I just got my food. Our burgers were cold with ketchup all over . My mcchicken was rolled up in the wrapper with mayo everywhere. We ordered Fries as well and they were cold with literally no salt on them? Worst experience i’ve had so far with mcdonald’s but seems to be the habit with the burgers and mcchickens to have dressing everywhere and smashed in the wrapper. On the other hand the service was very nice. I’d advise checking all your food before leaving and be sure your food is not covered in dressing and cold.
Hot and fresh fries is always a winner!!! Have been going here quite frequently since I work close by. We either they get the order wrong and the fries are hot or they get the order right and the fries are cold. Recommend always asking for fresh fries and checking your food. Service and staff are always amazing and courteous.
Same deal fries were cold and old. Bicmac was great along with the sweet tea.

4:30 on Saturday, no cars in sight, we had made a mobile order.
There was no wait and the employee appeared quickly. We had a large order, 2 bags. Because of this we did not inspect every single item (like we should have)
When we got to our destination the Quarter Pounder With Cheese and Bacon had a slice of cold cheese, half of it on the sandwich and half of it sticking out of the box, and no burger patty.
The location either didn't believe us, didn't care, or can't remember what happened in their empty store just 10 minutes prior.
We didn't individually count the nuggets or anything but every sandwich was poorly constructed and cold. Most of them had meat on them.
I feel this order was a waste of time and money. _ Even with the short wait time.
