If I could give a zero star I would. Been to Mcdonald sin over 25 states in over 50 cities. This one 1013 Court St. Pekin IL is by far the worst McDonalds I've come into contact with. Very unprofessional people work there who never get the orders right and treat you with disrespect. Sad to see such a place in

Order is always wrong. Items always missing. Always forced to pull into a spot and wait and then after getting food and waiting it’s all wrong or not in the bag. I order ahead of time on the app hoping it would make a difference for the wait time, nope, still make you pull to a spot to wait for a screwed up order. shame shame shame.

Ordered through the app, pulled through the drive thru, then I got pulled FORWARD for 20 minutes for HASHBROWNS. And when I got home and gave my kids their food, they bit into their sausages and immediately spit them out, they were nothing but fat, chewy, gritty and cold. The sausages were falling apart and looked absolutely disgusting. I call back and they tell me that they’ve been having ALOT of complaints today about their sausages. Why are you still serving them? I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant and this is absolutely unacceptable. We will be contacting corporate.
This dumb store has the lanes open, is letting you place orders online and says it's open but there's like a hundred cars going through waiting to get their order placed with nobody there.

The people behind the counter were just hanging out! So unprofessional management must be the problem. And Now… theres no filling your own drinks because they moved behind the counter, so now you have to depend upon them to refill your drink if you could get their attention.. you have to ask for ketchup you have to ask for napkins. So annoying. I’ll never eat it there again.One & done!

If I can give any of the Clark management owned McDonald’s in the area a zero star I would. After having a issue prior I received coupons for a free sandwich. Went to use them walked to the restaurant because my cars currently broke down only for the lobby to be closed called the manager a woman who refused to give a name couldn’t give a reason for the lobby to be closed was extremely rude. They won’t accept anyone on foot in the drive thru so how can one use the coupons for a mess up they are responsible for if they can’t go thru the drive thru and lobby’s closed without notice. These restaurants make so much money daily from their customers but don’t care about them whatsoever. Rude and unprofessional employees. And food is always cold or not made correctly
