The people behind the counter were just hanging out! So unprofessional management must be the problem. And Now… theres no filling your own drinks because they moved behind the counter, so now you have to depend upon them to refill your drink if you could get their attention.. you have to ask for ketchup you have to ask for napkins. So annoying. I’ll never eat it there again.One & done!

Went there because they once again have the steak egg and cheese bagel. This is one of my favorite sandwiches McDonald's has. I was very disappointed. First it wasn't hot at all. Second, the bagel was old and dry. They have put me off the bagel sandwiches.

Love going to McDonalds but the one on court street in Pekin Illinois always has something missing, double and triple check your order. Other than tht it’s a great place to go feed the family for a decent price… especially the Big Mac family meal??
