If I could give this place a zero I literally would… we asked for a mccrispy deluxe with no tomato and there’s practically EXTRA tomato and we also asked for larges and they gave us mediums while they made one of our meals learn and the drink medium. Me personally I think this is the worst mc Donald’s in Pekin IL.

Only reason they deserve the 1star is because they have a play place. Food is terrible, and they NEVER, NEVER get a simple order correct. Had to go to counter 3 times twice for corrected food, then to ask for napkins, bc apparently you can't have any unless you specify ask. An all tables are dirty. Just a terrible place.

It took over15 to 20 min for a big breakfast they said they were holding for scrambled eggs!!! Wtf I could have cooked 20 orders of scrambled eggs in that time and get this they forget my water and refused to give me it because they said I didn't pay for a cup of water wow East Peoria McDonald's with the exception of Bartonville it's the worst service I've ever had

VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS. This McDonald's is near the gym where my daughter and I go so once a week I would get her a value meal. I had noticed that it was a little more expensive than the other McDonald's. Thought maybe the prices had just increased. I checked the receipt and they have been up-charging me for a large soda even though I did not ask for it, so they have been doing this to me for a few months now. It is only $0.30 but still. I did not ask for it so that is deceptive and, in my opinion, should be illegal. If they are doing this to everyone that would increase their sales a fair amount over the course of a month. I understand that managers are under a lot of pressure to increase revenue but deceiving your customers should never be an option. I will not be going back.

Went there to use the $10 gift card that I had and they stole my money, payed at the machine, it said approved but the screen said error so I tried paying at counter and they said I have no money on a gift card that I never used. SMH 😡 🤬

Went at 10:30pm (1/2 hour before closing). All I wanted was a cheeseburger. I was informed all grills were down for the night to be cleaned. Drove to steak and shake down the road. They at least stay open for customers.
Vegetarian options: The fries have natural meat flavor. I think the only vegetarian options would be a parfait if it's still on the menu or some lettuce. Would not recommend for veterinarians. (I only say this because google was asking about their vegetarian options)
Dietary restrictions: Everything has salt even if you order no salt its shipped soaked in salt. Even the bottled water has salt. Not recommend for heart healthy diets.
Parking: Average parking lot never full.

this location has never been the best in general, the other one on court street has always been better! But this one unfortunately is closer to my home, well last 2 times iv went there my food has been only half way cooked I went month or so without going again after my burger experience but this morning but sausage burrito made me throw up because it was BARELY cooked, im done going here, food is trash, employees and the store never look clean, some of their employees shouldn’t even be allowed food with the way they look and oh even actively BLEEDING it’s truly DISGUSTING, I knew I should of complained then but god I know they know it’s been several occasions I understand if it’s a condition but you should be covered and kept away from food as much as possible!!!!
