This is by far my favorite location to go to for McDonald’s. Every time I go there my sandwich is not smashed in and is actually seasoned. They are fast and efficient. If they don’t have what I ordered in stock they usually work with me which is amazing. The other McDonald’s need to take note because when it looks like someone hulk smashed my burger it’s not very pleasant haha.

We came here for breakfast they only had one mcgriddle left so we order it. WHILE we were still ordering she told us her coworker just took the last one so we dont get the McGriddle. Absolutely ridiculous!

Garbage! I decided to give this one a try for a quick bite to eat. Once again they disappointed me. Cold Big Mac after a long wait in the reserve parking for my food. It was horrible.?? In addition to finding a hair on my fillet of fish.( I didn't see hairnets on employees). I went hungry for lunch after throwing it away. I'm done with the entire franchise.

a worker here decided to yell at me and my friends because we were talking about what we were going to order, and we didn't order soon enough on her behalf. she told us to leave and bring me, i spoke up about it. i will not be eating here until she is fired. mcdonald's, fix this.

before entering and ordering I saw that many tables had not been cleared. looking ahead of the road there is a hibachi express. I tried and very satisfying compared to this. Big portion with special taste. sometimes you have to look around before starting something.

This was the slowest place i’ve ever went to, they took 1 HOUR for my order.
It's a random service at this facility. I recently went through the drive through and asked a question regarding their menu was abruptly told they no longer used the $1, $2, $3 and he wasn’t answering any more questions. I then asked for his supervisor & was told she was too busy. I backed out of the drive through since no one was using it. I went inside to speak to the manager & the window guy said her she comes. I asked the manager if she was the actual manager, and she snapped yes, I asked her for her name, I got WHY, I shook my head, and tried to ask her about the menu, and again was told: they don’t use it & move on. TERRY CLARK is this how you train your staff to be as rude as possible, in my opinion & experience? Maybe you should take lessons from the staff at Bartonville on Garfield. Pleasant, they make you feel important and are uplifting.

I don't even want to give them one star that place has went downhill I will not be going back ordered a big breakfast they stuck my big breakfast in a Chicken McNugget box small one with about half the eggs and a piece of sausage and a biscuit ordered a McGriddle did not get it either so people's going to have to learn not to go to that McDonald's anymore they can tear it down and put up a parking lot that's what Pekin's good for

Very rude management. Got our order wrong (a McDouble no pickle & mcchicken). The first time they gave us the wrong food, no problem it happens, and we went back. We get the right sandwiches but wrong toppings and SUPER old lettuce. I tell the manager and she tells them in an annoyed voice to remake the sandwiches. The workers then calls me a liar and tells her he's not going to make them again. When I told the manager and him to look at our receipt and what we received, the manager proceeded to yell at us and tell me that's not how things worked there. Apparently nothing works there, that place is a hot mess!
