Last 3 times I ordered from this store my order was messed up things added on my pizza I never added and or over an hour and a half late from estimated delivery time. Spoke to a different manager every time was promised a supposed coupon be sent via mail. Never received coupon or replacement ALL 3 times. Never experienced this at another monicals location or had an order messed up this location needs to do better
Absolutely wonderful time at Monical’s to celebrate my little girl’s birthday. It’s what she specifically requested for dinner and the staff made her feel so special!

The mighty meat bowl to go was less than 1/2 the container size. I ordered it a year ago and it was a full container. And have ordered it since and slowly has shrunk in amount they give you over time. Ridiculous! Pay almost $20 for an individual pleaser and get 1/4 of a bowl pizza. Picture in comments.
