I'll never donate to the Children's hospital at Panda again. Every time you donate, they forget your crab Rangoons. Unreal..
Just put the Rangoons in the bag.

My husband picked up a plate for himself and I and brought it home. I really liked the teriyaki and orange chicken but when I started to eat the rice, I found stuff in it that I know should not be there. But if I am wrong, please correct me because I really love this place.
I got food poisoning from eating the orange chicken and fried rice. Not a fun couple of days. The employees were nice though.
Ordered beef and broccoli it was broccoli with one piece of beef. Rice was over cooked and the soda was flat. Why does everything in Pekin have to suck?
I've never seen chicken so full of grissle but it matches the beef and broccoli.
Great food! Especially when one finds themselves in a jam. Good food, fresh and healthy, and usually pretty fast. I'm thrilled that they're open a little longer for the late nighters!
My food was fresh, hot, and high eye appeal.
The worst goddamn joke for fast food I have ever been through in my entire life. $40 worth of food took over a half hour to get, with no one in their dining room whatsoever. The manager's name there is Alec. Utterly ridiculous.
I went over to Panda Express at 10:30 as the acomputer said they were open. They had 3 vehicles lined up there when I got to the window She said oh we got a little late start. We won't be able to open. They expected their customers to wait in the drive through for 15 minutes. I think this is ridiculous and I think whoever owns Panda Express should check in on their workers to see what they're doing. I have been there 3 other times when they were ot opened either so I won't be back.
Food always takes FOREVER here. They used to tell you if something you ordered was out and would have to be cooked, but now they'll just wait until after you pay to park you in front of the store for 30 minutes. Go to East Peoria one instead, it's much better/faster avoid this one.

I wasn't expecting much from a Panda Express, but the only way this location exceeded my expectation was to be let down.
It was like, 3pm on a Monday - far removed from lunch rush and dinner rush; I wasn't expecting SUPER fresh anything, just a quick bite to set me on my way. However, after waiting nearly 20 minutes, I had to remind them I was waiting for my food still. Then, they pick up a bag that has been sitting to the side for 15 of those 20 minutes and hand it to me.
The rice was hard and cold. The chicken was rubbery and cold. I asked for a replacement because it was super gross and she gave me an 800 number and said they'd have to take care of it that they don't do refunds. I said I didn't want refunds, I just wanted a fresh plate. She said I'd have to order another one and get the first refunded.
I left, ditched the food for them to take care of and went home.

They gave me an extra scoop for having to wait 6 minutes for Beijing Beef. This is appreciated especially since I’m unemployed. I’ve been to Panda in Pekin three times now, everything is as it should be.
A month ago I was at a Panda in Bloomington on Market St. and I asked the lady to make me two plates as she would want them for herself. [I have trouble making up my mind. Also I hadn’t been there before]. She gave me an employee discount. Very nice lady. I came back later and gave her a tip. Very kind.
Thanks to the Two Pandas from a person with little money. It’s greatly appreciated on every level.
