Messed up one of my pizzas pretty bad but more than corrected it. The kid remaking it put 4 cups of cheese on it and it ended up being one of the best pizzas I've had from local pizza places. Clearly never going to be as good as Chicago pizza or authentic Italian pizza but it was amazing. They were more than happy to fix the order and let me keep the messed up pizza. Would have been 5 stars but the building has almost no room or seating for customers waiting. Also not the cleanest place. But I feel my rating was generous and somewhat accurate when it comes to the flavor.

Ordered here an hour before close they have no drivers I wonder why?This is 45 minutes AFTER I ordered on the phone and they call me and tell me this. The store is ran like absolute garbage and they talk to customers like dogs over the phone. I worked in pizza for years and this place is rated like trash for a reason stay away.

Got a stuffed crust pizza and it was basically doughy throughout the pizza. Tried to call and complain and got hung up on every time. Don't order from here unless you want food poisoning.

The store appeared to be very clean

you should train your employees to awnser the phone, spent a total of 15 mins trying to get a hold of anyone even the manager and kept getting put on hold. I wanted to cancel my order but I have to call you guys....so...how am I supposed to cancel my order or modify it if you guys wont awnser the phone?

Will never order from here again.Ordered delivery and it got pushed back an hour. By the time we got our pizza it was ice cold.
Worst pizza I’ve purchased in years. Cheese pizza had huge bubbles on the top where it over cooked. Lacking cheese and sauce where the bubble were located. Garlic bread knot were over cooked and hard… They did not have any garlic sauce on them. This location used to serve good pizza but no longer does.Do not recommend this location

Everytime I ask for extra sauce and get almost no sauce on the pizza. If you want mediocre pizza from a reading comprehension challenged company then go for it.

If I wanted to use Door Dash I would have ordered through Door Dash. My food showed up with the Door Dasher arriving as a passenger in a car where the driver was smoking. They grabbed the food from the backseat with a dog in the backseat as well. Disgusted.

Employees dont seem to know what the specials are. When you ohone un for pickup the call goes to a call center somewhere thats not the local store you want to pick up from and pay attention or they will charge you some outrageous price. Very frustrating!
