Papa johns accidently cut my pizza wrong but they were super nice about the mess up just had me come back for a remake. I'm leaving this review cuz they were the kindest people to me. I never gave them attitude I just said hey my pizza isn't cut into squares I just got home. Idk who but the lady that answered the phone was very nervous and I wasn't yelling at her at all or giving her attitude I was respectful toward her while she kept apologizing. The people tht work their are awesome but who ever is being rude/mean to tht lady needs to stop

Messed up one of my pizzas pretty bad but more than corrected it. The kid remaking it put 4 cups of cheese on it and it ended up being one of the best pizzas I've had from local pizza places. Clearly never going to be as good as Chicago pizza or authentic Italian pizza but it was amazing. They were more than happy to fix the order and let me keep the messed up pizza. Would have been 5 stars but the building has almost no room or seating for customers waiting. Also not the cleanest place. But I feel my rating was generous and somewhat accurate when it comes to the flavor.

Ordered here an hour before close they have no drivers I wonder why?This is 45 minutes AFTER I ordered on the phone and they call me and tell me this. The store is ran like absolute garbage and they talk to customers like dogs over the phone. I worked in pizza for years and this place is rated like trash for a reason stay away.

Got a stuffed crust pizza and it was basically doughy throughout the pizza. Tried to call and complain and got hung up on every time. Don't order from here unless you want food poisoning.

The store appeared to be very clean

you should train your employees to awnser the phone, spent a total of 15 mins trying to get a hold of anyone even the manager and kept getting put on hold. I wanted to cancel my order but I have to call you guys....so...how am I supposed to cancel my order or modify it if you guys wont awnser the phone?

Worst pizza I’ve purchased in years. Cheese pizza had huge bubbles on the top where it over cooked. Lacking cheese and sauce where the bubble were located. Garlic bread knot were over cooked and hard… They did not have any garlic sauce on them. This location used to serve good pizza but no longer does.Do not recommend this location
