The pizza was ok it was hot and delicious.....BUT the pasta that came on the side in the Big dinner box was absolutely horrific... I had just got off work on a 16 hr shift... and I was so hungry and was drooling at the thought of a #pizzahutdinnerbox expecting to have the best meal iv ever have. But when I popped open the past (which is my favorite) I took a hefty bite and to my dismay the green peppers, onions and any other greens were all fresh like they were just cut and chopped. Idk if I ordered it wrong but I figured i would have been cooked but it wasn't and I was starving so I ate it anyway.....but I like my pasta meals cooked not raw 1/5⭐️will not eat at pizzahut again guess I'm back to dominoes or little Caesars....

My grandma ordered 3 pizzas today and one of them (mine) had a big ball of hair on it, so we called them and told whoever answered the phone and they were EXTREMELY disrespectful. I was just gonna ask for credits back on her account and make something else for dinner but then the woman goes “ What do you want us to do about it! Do you want credit or do you want a new pizza!” The most disrespectful voice EVER so I said you know what since you want to be an ass I’ll be one too send me a new pizza. 20 mins go by the delivery guy comes and hands me the pizza and says sorry I said it’s okay it happens then he goes “we need the other pizza back” um WHAT that is absolutely disgusting and it was already in the trash… I said “that’s not gonna happen you aren’t even supposed to take food back” he said “well I need it back”…”well that goes against the health code” I started to say but he interrupted me and goes “whatever” rolls his eyes and walks away …NEVER in my life have I EVER dealt with such a miserable group of employees!

They like to doordash their deliveries and keep 1/3 of the delivery fee, and when asked why they are taking their customers money they said they don't know ask their boss. They charge $5.99 and only give doordashers $2.75 so where does the rest of the delivery fee go? Taking money from their customers.

Just ordered from the Pekin location. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and honey bbq wings. We picked the order up, drove to our home in Tremont and realized they gave us the wrong wings (garlic Parmesan). I called and asked for a refund of $7 for the wings… not the entire order. The girl on the phone even confirmed that she had gotten a call from someone else before me that had ordered garlic parm but had gotten our honey bbq. I was told they couldn’t do that but could give me a credit to use later. We very rarely order Pizza Hut so we would probably forget about the credit by the time we ordered again. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to Austin the shift manager. Same answer that no refund could be given because that had to be done by a higher up. I told him I would come back to get the correct wings then. I then called back a few minutes later and asked if they would remake the entire order since now the rest of it would be cold as I had to drive back. I was then told by the girl on the phone that she spoke to her manager and she said no but they could give me the wings that were made wrong. So when I first asked to speak to a manager I got a shift supervisor that was male, now the manager is a she but she couldn’t talk to me? When I went in to pick them up, I was the only person in the store picking up and 4 people were pretty much just standing around the back. Last time I ever order from this location. Very unprofessional and frankly the place looks dirty, and so does the staff.

LITERALLY A HEALTH INSPECTOR WORST NIGHTMARE *PICS TO PROVE IT* Mold is literally everywhere in that place, the equipment is not maintained or cleaned. The dough and pre-made items are left to sit for days or weeks at a time, while employees are forced to just add new labels with different discard dates (they'd be fired for wanting the product). The dishes aren't washed and when they are its done at its laziest. The oil in the fryer is changed every 6 months or so when its "cleaned". There is plenty more, trust me
