Wow! What has happened to Pizza Hut? Growing up, my parents wouldn’t go to fast food, but when Pizza Hut opened up, that was our go-to. I just spent almost $60 (including driver tip) on 2 pan pizzas (cheese and supreme) and they were awful. Undercooked, barely any sauce, and flavorless. I further cooked them in the oven, but still wasn’t edible. Bummer.

We haven’t had Pizza Hut in years but decided to give it another shot tonight. HUGE MISTAKE and we will not be ordering from here ever again. The food was honestly disgusting. Stuffed crust pizza was underdone, with little to no sauce cheese or toppings. Wings and cheese sticks were okay given this is a fast food pizza joint. Would have been better off eating Little Caesar’s for cheaper. Even Dominoes is cheaper with much better quality food. Absolutely disgusting.

The pizza was ok it was hot and delicious.....BUT the pasta that came on the side in the Big dinner box was absolutely horrific... I had just got off work on a 16 hr shift... and I was so hungry and was drooling at the thought of a #pizzahutdinnerbox expecting to have the best meal iv ever have. But when I popped open the past (which is my favorite) I took a hefty bite and to my dismay the green peppers, onions and any other greens were all fresh like they were just cut and chopped. Idk if I ordered it wrong but I figured i would have been cooked but it wasn't and I was starving so I ate it anyway.....but I like my pasta meals cooked not raw 1/5⭐️will not eat at pizzahut again guess I'm back to dominoes or little Caesars....

My grandma ordered 3 pizzas today and one of them (mine) had a big ball of hair on it, so we called them and told whoever answered the phone and they were EXTREMELY disrespectful. I was just gonna ask for credits back on her account and make something else for dinner but then the woman goes “ What do you want us to do about it! Do you want credit or do you want a new pizza!” The most disrespectful voice EVER so I said you know what since you want to be an ass I’ll be one too send me a new pizza. 20 mins go by the delivery guy comes and hands me the pizza and says sorry I said it’s okay it happens then he goes “we need the other pizza back” um WHAT that is absolutely disgusting and it was already in the trash… I said “that’s not gonna happen you aren’t even supposed to take food back” he said “well I need it back”…”well that goes against the health code” I started to say but he interrupted me and goes “whatever” rolls his eyes and walks away …NEVER in my life have I EVER dealt with such a miserable group of employees!

They had a sign for personal pan pizza and boneless wings but they wouldn't do garlic parm. So I went elsewhere. I probably won't try again because you charge extra for pan crust.
They like to doordash their deliveries and keep 1/3 of the delivery fee, and when asked why they are taking their customers money they said they don't know ask their boss. They charge $5.99 and only give doordashers $2.75 so where does the rest of the delivery fee go? Taking money from their customers.
