Food was hot and delicious. Ordered ahead on the App and waited about 5 minutes once I arrived, which was a totally understandable time as I arrived only 3 minutes after placing the App order. The young lady that brought me my food was super nice and very appreciative of the tip I gave her.

It's a solid Sonic location. I think the biggest issue I have is the inconsistencies in the food. One time, you'll show up and get exactly what you asked in the proper portion...another time you'll get the wrong item and/or the portion being smaller. I had an experience where my friends and I got chili cheese burritos, and they were smaller than we were used to. The slushies are always good, and I've never had a problem with the milkshakes. All in all, it's a good place that I'd come back to.As for the parking and pull-up stations, it's pretty normal for a sonic. It's usually kept clean, which I appreciate.

Typically, this fast food joint is a good place to go …however we just sat in their drive thru for 15 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged - and another 20 waiting for our food. Fast food?

Rude customer service. I ordered a large cheesecake shake in the drive thru. A medium was brought out, not a big deal, it happens. I could tell she was irritated that I wanted my large though. She brings it out, doesn’t say a word. I take a drink and it’s strawberry cheesecake which I hate. I was stuck in line and she walked by so I told her I had ordered a large cheesecake shake. She was clearly mad, said I’m going to have you move over. She brings it out a few minutes later and just hands it to me. Mistakes happen, I get that and I wouldn’t be complaining if she just had corrected it without being nasty. If you don’t want to do your job, don’t like your job or you dont want to deal with people, then get a new job.

Stop telling customers their food is on the way when it’s not even ready. Waited 20 minutes after the “order is on its way” message… just to discover the employees forgot about it. I always order through the app and this same scenario happens all the time… my guess is they are trying to show corporate they’re completing orders in time…
