This location is terrible, It's always slow. Last time we wasted 30 mins waiting in line for drinks and when we got to the window they didn't even know what our order was. All stalls were closed DT only and slush machine was down.

Normally the Pekin one is pretty good. If you get there when the right people are working. Late night service needs help. 45 minutes for my order of a burger, chili cheese tots, and a drink. While other cars got larger orders before I got mine. The kid would stand there talking to his friends in the cars while playing with his hair. Complaining loudly about having to come in to work instead of playing a game online.

Have tried 3 times in tbe last 6 weeks to get a slush. Each time I've been told slushes aren't available. Isn't that a big part of your business? How can it take months to get it fixed?

I bought 2 meals with large onion rings that were burnt black .. called in and spoke to a manager about it and she took my name and told me I could get 2 free onion rings orders on my next visit .. at the next visit I was told they couldn’t find my name in the promised to redeem and was told they were sorry … well I’m sorry as well bc they were not cheap …they stole my $ bottom line
We have never had a bad experience. Prices are higher for fast food but honestly everywhere is getting more expensive so it's expected. Always had good service here, food is good and fast and accurate. Staff always friendly and helpful. And of course the drinks are always good!!

Don't order a sonic blast early from the app they will make it and when you go pick it up you will wait longer and it will be melted...Whats the point of ordering ahead if its not ready to hand to me when i get there...At least on sunday evening's its like that..no stars...absolutly terrible..
