I'm from about an hour and a half away but I am getting married in the area and decided to do a donut tower so we tried these yesterday. Not only were the donuts AMAZING but the lady that helped us was so kind and super helpful after talking to her I believe she may be the owner at the Peoria location. She was so sweet and helpful! We also got some of the day old donuts ..you couldn't even tell they were so soft and moist! Can't wait to share them with all our wedding guests next year!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a hidden gem! I stopped by Tadoughs while visiting from Georgia, and I’m so glad I did. The lady working was incredibly friendly and sweet — she took the time to share the local favorites and made me feel right at home. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious — the apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, raspberry pastries, and donuts were all perfection. 10/10 recommend stopping in if you’re anywhere near Pekin. You can tell they put a lot of love into what they do!
The donuts are always great but the service is not. We came there today and the server made us filled rushed picking out our donuts when there wasn’t anyone else in line. This isn’t the first time this has happened. She was harsh and abrasive, asking as how many donuts we wanted and then we asked for a donut in separate bag. She said you haven’t even filled your box up yet. The maple donut had bacon on it and my daughter didn’t want it mixed with the regular donuts. It felt like we were Intrusion to her day when she had nothing else to do but serve us. Not sure I’ll ever come back again, because I always feel rushed there when picking out our donuts.
