Huge doughnuts! Will be going back, only earlier in the morning. I went at 9am and they were sold out of some of my favorites. Bought a dozen and they were still fresh'ish the next day.
At 5:00am on Friday I made a pit stop at Tadoughs in Pekin. Not many want to be awake at that time including myself… but I was greeted by two smiling and joyful ladies at the counter. In a 5 to 10 minute interaction for a couple dozen donuts and a coffee, my mood changed from a 2 to a 10! The ladies were incredibly friendly, laughing, and asking kind questions that seemed to make my day begin quite a bit better than normal. I was truly blown away by this simple and quick interaction...
