Today's experience was extremely slow. The people were kind and helpful but they were very overworked or short staffed. I just don't understand why a four peice order doesn't get served all at once. It took about 35 minutes to get two drinks, sandwich, and a cranberry cake. Which was served one at a time between other people's orders. I recommend to use the drive thru.

Ok, I love Starbucks, but today was tough. Spent 45 minutes waiting for my drink. There should be a way the baristas can stop mobile orders when they have 30 drinks to make and one person making them. I was leaving town and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me and waited way too long for this drink. There were many frustrated people in there today.

They took over 45 minutes to make 2 drinks and give 1 muffin and 1 hot food just for the food to be cold. Blamed it not enough staff but they had 10 employees with 2-3 of them standing around talking. People coming in after us got drinks within 5-10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love our Starbucks. The Barista's are so kind and wonderful. I love the little words and notes they write on my cup. Always makes my day a little brighter.

It makes me sad to say this, but I’m hoping it can encourage change. The inconsistency with this Starbucks is so frustrating. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven through Pekin hoping to stop and they’re closed (I’m assuming due to short staff). I wait for long periods of time for pickup orders or just going through the drive through in general. It seems like there’s a lack in proper management to keep a tight ship and train well while also retaining employees better. I know turn over happens often in this industry, but it’s clear that this Starbucks has issues that others don’t. I hope this can be resolved and I can have more confidence in this place to deliver.

I order two iced tea’s , wash my car and clean the inside, order my iced tea while I was doing the wait said 22-28 minutes, so I didn’t rush to get there, when I got there I had another 30 minutes to receive my order, there needs to be an investigation, this Starbucks is a joke. Ha..

Out of strawberries again 5/18 didn't tell me just didn't include them in drink I paid full price for
5/24 perfect service
6/1 out of everything again... No lemonade no strawberries no coconut milk no oatmeal had to wait in line 15 minutes for nothing because can't exit and couldn't order anything

Burnt coffee and if they dont want to work they tell you there is a 40 min wait to run you out the door. Enjoy if its your thing.
