Things have really changed at steak n shake. Gone are the servers that come to your table and take your order, refill your drink, and offer any assistance while trying to figure out the menu. Food was good just don't like the changes. I guess they are having a had time to find people to come to work.

I have to admit the chili is all i ever get from here. The combination of chili sauce and noodle is fantastic. This specific stop the portion size was a bit lacking. Usually its a solid plate this one barely covered the bottom. Maybe they ran out. I don't know. I get this dish at least once a week if not more frequently. I go to several different stores and havent had an issue.

What ever they change, I'm grateful for it. The food taist so amazing, the milkshakes are a must. The employees are friendlier. It's worth the drive. If you haven't had steak and shake in while, I recommend you try to again. Every bite was enjoyable and it cost $20 total for two adults.

If you're an old timer like me, it's not the same Steak N Shake as it used to be many years past. It is now all automated. The service was quick after you input your order into a kiosk. There are several kiosks available in the dining room. The food came out quickly. There is also a drive-through.
