Service was very shitty went to get a sandwich they made it wrong then as they are remaking it the kid working was eating the wrong one in the back seen rats and roaches crawling in the kitchen lettuce was bad and cheese tasted old. Will never ever go back.

WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!! Horrible management! Sabrina does NOT know how to manage a resturant. When you spend $15 for a sandwich you should get what you order. Ordered online 4 foot longs. 2 of them were Sweet Onion Teriyaki and 2 Turkey. They tell us when we arrive they only have enough for 1 Sweet Onion so husband walks outside to the truck to find out what else my son wants. Go back in and they "found" more so they could fulfill the order. He gets home to find out they LIED and didn't have enough for another they just shoved another very poorly made foot long turkey with nothing on it but a drop of Mayo half torn up pepperjack and half American that's it. We try calling to inform them of the mistake but no one will answer the phone for over 40min! Even had someone answer and hang up on us 2x. When I finally spoke with Sabrina 45min later she said she will not fix the sandwich unless we drive it all the way back to them from Marquette Heights at 8:45pm to show them they were wrong. She was extremely rude and then even hung up on me. Clearly I didn't mind dropping $45 to buy 4 shitty sandwiches. I sure in the hell wasn't looking for a free sandwich it's the fact they screwed up and wasted my money and then refused to correct their mistake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

We recently had sandwiches delivered from this Subway location. Upon receiving our order, we noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing lettuce. I called the store to request a refund, as I preferred not to return to the store. However, the staff insisted that I needed to bring the sandwich back to receive a replacement, despite my repeated requests for a refund instead.
Throughout the call, the associate refused to let me speak with the manager multiple times. It took five requests before I was finally able to speak with the manager, Lexie. Unfortunately, the manager was very rude, aggressive, and unhelpful in resolving the issue. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing due to the lack of customer service and unwillingness to provide a reasonable solution.

I see on here there are some awful rating for this store but I went there yesterday literally 10 min before they closed and my order is a little extra and the service AND food was good.

this was the worst subway I've ever had I'm sorry to say. I got a blt sub with avocado spread and I think there was something seriously wrong with one of the ingredients because there was a strong flavor of bad that I can't even describe well. metallic maybe? when we got to the window we saw that the poor girl was the only one working, taking orders in the drive through and the lobby AND making food. I struggle to believe that she was following handwash protocol which I don't even blame her for. staff your shifts better.

The app kept deleting our order. So we called to place an order. Whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude by say "*scoff* we don't take orders over the phone!" Whatever was going on in the background was super loud. So unprofessional! Went in to get our order, the tables were discussing with crumbs and garbage, the drink fountain was sticky and so was the floor, and the counter was also not clean. We ended up not getting anything and left. DISGUSTING!
My gf went in with valid coupons , the guy was rude to her! Says, WE ARENT DOING COUPONS NOW SYSTEMS BROKE!!! VERY HATEFUL NOT HAPPY!! WE EAT THERE ALL THE TIME, DOUBT WELL BE BACK PURE LAZINESS ON HIS PART!
