Everytime I go to this location it just sucks. The location on Court St. Is much better besides the fact the general sales tax here is 11.5% they have messed it up everytime just putting the meet and vegetables in the middle of the sandwich...or too much or too little of something. The written instructions after ordering online should be easy...but they easily mess it up everytime...they offered to replace my order but my expectations are low for the replacement also...

I cannot attest to the atmosphere, because I went through drive thru. What I can attest to is the quality of my sandwich was perfect. The best sandwich I ever had at Subway! The bread and ingredients were super fresh, as we're the cookies. The young lady that waited on was super nice, even though she had customers backed up to the door. I definitely will be back!

I never have a good experience everytime I come here. Today my wife and I went in to eat inside. They got all the way through making our sandwiches, that they had no sense of urgency to make whatsoever. We got to the end to pay and the system went down and the manager was called. We asked to eat and wait for the manager to pay for our food. They proceeded to let our sandwiches sit and get soggy and said we WERE NOT able to eat them until the manager arrived. On top of this they have a store full/drive thru and told people they couldnt order due to the system being down. Super unprofessional and we will NEVER be back. Couldnt even greet us when we walked in the door. We went to the Court Street store and the young ladies working there were kind and quick to help us after that mess!!

Upon entering the girls were pretty busy but kept a great attitude. They were very kind and sweet regarding my food allergy and as someone who’s worked at subway before my sandwiches were made perfect. 10/10 no complaints and will definitely go back.

Tried to get a an egg and cheese flatbread. They ran out of eggs halfway through making my sandwich the manager proceeded to charge me full price and seemed to pretend like everything was okay. Very passive aggressive move like she got one over on me or something. Place looked like a dump tables were dirty everywhere. I simply won’t eat there again. Ever.

My wife and I stopped here on Sunday night after getting off a flight. I've never thought Subway was anything special, it's fine, but we had a really great experience. We ordered online. The two girls working were very nice and communicative when we walked in, asking if we were picking up and letting us know they were almost done. They forgot my pizza in the bag but made the extra effort to make sure they caught us before we left. Food was good. Honestly, just a really good experience overall.

I went in and asked for a manger and the corporate numbers over 20 times got called bro and honey and then they called their mother not the manger. Mother came and confronted me in the parking lot. This place sucks

WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!! Horrible management! Sabrina does NOT know how to manage a resturant. When you spend $15 for a sandwich you should get what you order. Ordered online 4 foot longs. 2 of them were Sweet Onion Teriyaki and 2 Turkey. They tell us when we arrive they only have enough for 1 Sweet Onion so husband walks outside to the truck to find out what else my son wants. Go back in and they "found" more so they could fulfill the order. He gets home to find out they LIED and didn't have enough for another they just shoved another very poorly made foot long turkey with nothing on it but a drop of Mayo half torn up pepperjack and half American that's it. We try calling to inform them of the mistake but no one will answer the phone for over 40min! Even had someone answer and hang up on us 2x. When I finally spoke with Sabrina 45min later she said she will not fix the sandwich unless we drive it all the way back to them from Marquette Heights at 8:45pm to show them they were wrong. She was extremely rude and then even hung up on me. Clearly I didn't mind dropping $45 to buy 4 shitty sandwiches. I sure in the hell wasn't looking for a free sandwich it's the fact they screwed up and wasted my money and then refused to correct their mistake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!
