I ordered through door dash and got a 6 in sandwich. When I opened said sandwich there was a live fly inside of the sandwich. I called the store and was answered with attitude and all that was said “ that’s a door dash issue” didn’t offer to make me a new sand-which, nothing was resolved and the lady was very rude on the phone. If you aren’t happy with your job get a different one. Because I know customer service is apart of the job and the lady I talked to over the phone did not have that. Especially with the severity of the situation and was still met with a nasty attitude and response over the phone.

There is one worker there that keeps us coming back , his name is Danny. He is always super welcoming and friendly, and makes super delicious sandwiches. He has great work attitude. That man deserves a raise for all his hard work. Thank God there are still decent workers out there.

I ordered a 6 inch and a foot long. (Online order) got home and saw they completely messed up my order. What was supposed to be on the 6 inch was all on the footlong and everything that was supposed to be on the footlong was on the 6 inch. And yes, I double checked my online order just to make sure it wasn't my mistake, and no... absolutely ridiculous. We made it work though. Food was still good, but thank goodness I didn't give a tip online!
