I appreciate fast food workers and all they do, but these people are straight up scumbags. Don't order online because they will guarantee mess it up and not replace it. Regardless of you having proof with receipts. Their education stopped at making sandwiches apparently

There is one worker there that keeps us coming back , his name is Danny. He is always super welcoming and friendly, and makes super delicious sandwiches. He has great work attitude. That man deserves a raise for all his hard work. Thank God there are still decent workers out there.

I ordered a 6 inch and a foot long. (Online order) got home and saw they completely messed up my order. What was supposed to be on the 6 inch was all on the footlong and everything that was supposed to be on the footlong was on the 6 inch. And yes, I double checked my online order just to make sure it wasn't my mistake, and no... absolutely ridiculous. We made it work though. Food was still good, but thank goodness I didn't give a tip online!
