Halfway through our game we had to reset and split to 2 lanes, because we filled all 8 names on the screen; the manager only wants up to 6. Cheese fries were cold, but covered in cheese. When my sister ordered Cheese fries, hers were hot but they gave her a cup of cheese on the side. They mixed up 2 other people's pizzas and the place wasn't even busy, the employees just made it chaotic.
Great spot to play in SmokenAces Free Poker League on Friday nights! Starts at 7pm! This is how I won my seat to the WSOP Main Event 2025!
They need to change the hours if they aren't going to be open when they say they are. Showed up a little after 5 on a Thursday and the doors were locked. Tried to call and no answer and it was completely dark inside. Hours are listed as 5-10 for thursdays.
We had our mother's 85th birthday party in the banquet portion of the bowling facility.
It was spacious and comfortable. With the rental of the hall, and cash bar...bowling was included. We had a large group with many children and grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. There is an adult gaming section with 5 slot machines.
20 lanes open and they put 7 kids next to us screaming running around doing dumb dances
One of the worst bowling experiences I’ve ever had, my family and friends were disrespected, my nephew who is on the spectrum was told “not my problem” as we were having difficulties trying to feed him, we purchased him a happy meal before arriving and was told you guys need to put that away it is against rules although we noticed 2 females with Starbucks drinks and McDonald’s drinks at the bar, we were rushed to purchase lanes without rules being told we were not given the opportunity to choose if it was even worth the money to bowl. It seemed he had a bad day before we even arrived and it showed. My husband was told “you are not tough”, as we were all clearly frustrated with his demeanor with his chest swell up, and we were forced to leave early as our games were cut short mid second game, supposedly, cashier stated he did not know what was wrong, could nice fix it and refused to give us a refund. My guests were denied refunds after only being in the building for forty minutes. This was all because of the Cashier, he has bifocals glasses with black frames, he is a bald guy, mid forties maybe, and he had been hassling us the entire time we were there. It was extremely uncomfortable. The bartender was polite, she was friendly, the one on shift before her seemed to be under the influence possibly narcotics/alcohol. This was a horrible experience, I was afraid for my life as everyone in the building stared at us as if we were the problem because we alert all expressing our concerns. I would not recommend a family to attend.
It was very fun! First time taking our 2 year old bowling. He loved the lights. The things that were a bit disappointing are our adult shoes were very worn out so it was hard for them to stay on. The second was for food you ring a bell and no one came. I had to go up 3 times before someone was at the counter.
The machines in the arcade did Not work. And I tried to get pop rocks I put a dollar fifty into the machine And it gave me Nothing. I told the manager and she was very rude and I just don't believe this is a great place.
Great place!
The music box doesent work, didn't play the song I paid for
Restaurantji Recommends
Paid for shots and they are so watered down they don't do anything
Nine if the lanes work, had to be switched multiple times
Do not eat the tamales not tamales
Nothing but problems with our lanes..constant score corrections and breakdowns..needs serious upgrade.
Lots of fun, bowling was great, staff was friendly. Must try the scooby snack drink, very sweet and flavorful!!!
